This gentle somatic practice invites us into awareness of our capacity to attune to pleasure. Using our breath and our connection to sensation, we'll feel into the experience of being held by the earth, and of breathing with micro-pleasure in the body. Our pleasure is not a reward, an indulgence, or an escape. When we allow it to be so, pleasure can be a resource that supports us in returning to embodied trust and receptivity. In this space, we can experience repair within ourselves, and repair within our relationship to life.
