Now find a comfortable position and allow yourself to settle in.
Close your eyes and begin by noticing your breath.
Take a slow,
Deep inhale in through your nose and draw in feelings of gratitude and positivity.
Hold it for a moment.
Now slowly exhale,
Releasing any tension or negativity.
And again,
Take a slow,
Deep inhale in,
Feeling your body relax as your mind begins to quiet.
And hold it.
And as you exhale,
Letting go of any tension or negativity.
And one more time,
A big,
Deep inhale in,
Nice and slow.
And hold.
And slowly exhale,
Allowing yourself to sink even deeper into relaxation.
Now let your breath settle into a natural,
Gentle rhythm.
And as you relax more deeply,
It's time to begin reviewing your day.
Begin by noticing any moments during your day that did not unfold as you would have liked.
This is your opportunity to rewrite them.
Your mind and nervous system don't distinguish between what is real and what is imagined.
So when you visualize an event playing out the way you want,
Your unconscious integrates that experience as truth.
So gently bring to mind any situation from your day that you would have liked to go differently.
And replay that experience in your mind going exactly the way you would have wanted.
And see it playing out differently.
And imagine yourself responding just the way you would have wanted to.
And feel it flowing smoothly.
If there's another person involved,
Hear the other person reacting in the ideal way.
And sense yourself moving through the moment with ease,
Embodying the energy that you want to carry forward.
And allow yourself to step fully into this new version of events and replay it in your mind one more time.
Now let's set your internal alarm clock.
Think about the time that you would like to wake up tomorrow.
And picture that exact time on a clock with the display glowing clear and steady.
Imagine setting the clock for the exact time that you would like to wake up.
And as you set the clock to the exact time you would like to wake up,
Internally affirm to yourself,
I wake up at your chosen time,
Feeling fully rested,
Energized,
And excited for the day.
And see yourself waking up at this exact moment,
Stretching,
Feeling refreshed,
Energized,
And ready for the day ahead.
And now see the alarm clock again,
With your chosen wake-up time highlighted on its face.
Reaffirm to yourself again,
I wake up at your chosen time,
Feeling fully rested,
Energized,
And excited for the day.
And let yourself fully experience this feeling.
Imagine your body refreshed,
Your mind clear,
Your energy vibrant as you hold the thought of your chosen wake-up time.
It's already set within you.
Your mind knows exactly what to do.
And now it's time to plan for your day ahead tomorrow.
What activities do you tend to do?
What would you like to feel as you do them?
What interactions do you have planned or do you expect to have?
And how would you like them to go?
Begin now by imagining waking up with ease,
Feeling rested and motivated.
And see yourself moving through your morning,
Feeling centered,
Present,
And in flow.
And what do you intend to do?
And how do you intend to feel as you move through each part of your day?
And picture each task unfolding smoothly,
Every interaction flowing in harmony,
Everything happening in a way that supports and uplifts you.
And as you move through the morning,
Transition now into the afternoon,
And moving through your day with ease and flow.
And now on to evening.
And see yourself feeling calm,
Confident,
Handling anything that comes your way with ease.
And finally picture yourself at the end of the day,
Satisfied and at peace,
Settling into bed once again and effortlessly drifting off into deep,
Restful sleep.
And now as you relax even more,
Know that your unconscious is already working to integrate everything you've envisioned.
You are aligning with the thoughts,
The emotions,
And the reality you desire.
Everything is unfolding just as you imagined,
Or even better.
Now simply let go.
You are supported.
You are capable.
Everything is working out in your favor for the highest of best of yourself and everyone involved.
