This meditation is designed to guide you into the orientation of living a life that you truly love.

It's designed to align your self-conscious with your unconscious so that you orientate yourself first thing in the morning and begin experiencing and taking the actions so you enjoy more of what you love every single day.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting down or lying down.

If you're prone to falling asleep or drifting off while meditating,

You may choose to sit upright so that you can pay better attention and follow along.

Get comfortable in your position and gently close your eyes.

As you begin settling in,

Just check in with your body.

Notice any thoughts you have running through your consciousness right now.

Notice how you feel in your body.

And notice what you're thinking.

There may be internal chatter or there just may be stillness or a combination of the two.

Acknowledge however you're feeling,

Whatever you're sensing or hearing,

And just bring your attention back to your breathing.

Notice the inhale as the breath is moving into your body and the exhale as the breath is releasing.

And as you bring yourself more present to how you're feeling right now in the moment,

Just allow yourself to let anything else go.

This is your time,

Your focused,

Dedicated time and attention to consciously choosing how you're going to move about the rest of your day.

And just notice bringing your attention now to the beating of your heart.

And you can place your hand over your heart or just gently guide your focus to where you think your heart is located.

And just notice the beating of your heart in this moment right now.

And allow yourself to relax even more into this moment.

And imagine a beautiful,

Brilliant golden white light or ice blue light or crystalline white light.

You choose the color of the light.

Imagine a beautiful,

Brilliant light coming down through the crown of your head.

And as you inhale,

This light comes in and just begins to flow down through your body,

Through your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your torso,

Down through your hips and your legs out through the bottom of the floor and connects down into the center of the earth.

And as you exhale,

Just imagine this light is now,

It's exiting up from your feet,

Going up through your spine,

Through your torso,

Out the top of your head and returning back into the sky.

And with each inhale,

Bring the light back down through your crown,

All the way down through your body,

Connecting down into the center of the earth.

And as you exhale,

Exhale that light back up through your body and out through the crown of your head.

And taking an inhale,

Bringing that light in,

And as that light is entering your body,

It's cleansing,

It's purifying,

It's aligning any heaviness,

Any negativity,

Any scattered overwhelm,

Any lower vibrational energy.

It's just cleansing,

Purifying and washing out that energy.

And as you exhale,

Letting it all go,

Moving out through the crown of your head and just feeling that light has left an energizing effect and purified,

Purified your body.

And again,

Bringing that light back down,

Connecting into the center of the earth,

And then exhaling again and just feeling this light align,

Purify,

Cleanse,

Shine,

Completely soften and align all of your energy,

All of your focus,

All of your cells.

And we'll just do a few more,

Bringing that light back down in through the crown of your head,

All the way down through your spine,

Through your feet,

Through your legs,

Into the core of the earth,

And exhaling that light back out again,

Feeling aligned,

Purified,

Energized.

And again,

Inhaling,

Bringing that light in,

Connecting into the center of the earth,

And exhale,

Bringing it back out again,

Feeling more aligned,

More peaceful,

More centered,

Cleansed,

Clear.

And again,

One last time,

Bringing that light down in,

All the way down through the center of the earth,

And exhaling again,

Cleansing,

Purifying,

Brightening,

Aligning.

And now bringing your awareness into your heart,

And just making that choice,

I choose to live a life I love.

I choose to live a life I love.

I choose to love my life.

Making that choice,

Saying it softly to yourself,

I choose to love my life,

Live a life I love.

And step into a time,

A place,

And a space where you're living a life that you love,

Where you're loving your life.

And imagine what it's like to love your life.

Imagine how you'd be feeling.

And step into that you,

Who's living a life she loves,

And feeling all of the delight,

All of the peace,

All of the relaxation,

All of the energy,

All of the focus.

Just notice,

Notice what brings you joy and lights you up,

And how you would be feeling as you live a life you love.

I choose to live a life I love.

I choose to live a life I love.

And how would it feel to wake up first thing in the morning as you're living a life you love?

Would you be energized?

Would you be excited for the day?

Would you look forward to what you're going to be experiencing?

And how would it feel to go about your morning routine,

Aligning your consciousness,

Getting ready for the day,

And then setting out,

Engaging in the commitments that you have and the chosen activities you choose as you're living a life that you love,

Of doing things that bring you joy,

That light you up?

And just imagine you're in that space,

In that body,

Breathing through the lungs,

Seeing through the eyes,

Hearing through the ears of the you who's truly living a life she loves,

Who loves her life.

And notice how you spend your time.

What activities are you doing?

Who would you spend your time with?

Who's around you?

What do you talk about?

And notice how it feels,

Or how you think it would feel,

To live a life that you loved.

How would you hold your body if you loved your life?

What would you know to be true about you if you loved your life?

How would you view yourself in the world?

And just making that choice again,

I choose to love my life.

I choose to live a life I love.

And just notice your heart beating again in your chest.

This same heart is the same exact heart that's going to beat in your chest as you're loving your life.

This heart is going to be with you,

Supporting you,

Loving you,

Keeping you alive.

This heart is with you.

And just feel the gratitude for your heart as it's with you in each stage and each experience of life.

And just make that choice again,

I choose to love my life.

I choose to live a life I love.

And from the space of living a life that you love,

Of feeling that gratitude for all of the incredible experiences that you get to have,

The beautiful people you choose to surround yourself with,

The uplifting emotions,

And the fun,

The freedom,

The expansion,

You get the benefit and the freedom of having when you love your life,

As you love your life,

In the experience and the process of loving your life.

Just ask yourself,

What's one thing I can do today to experience more of living a life I love?

What's one thing I can do today to experience more of living a life I love?

And just notice the first thing that comes to mind.

Maybe a picture,

It might be a thought,

Might be a sensation or a symbol.

And as you notice the first thing that comes to mind,

After you ask yourself that question,

Just interpret it.

Interpret what that means to you.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath.

Open your eyes,

Write down what it is that you've interpreted as your next step to taking the action to experience more of living a life that I love.

Write that down,

Whatever it was,

Write your interpretation of it,

And then commit to doing it.

The more simple things that you incorporate into your daily life,

The more you spend more and more time,

Focus,

And energy in doing the things that you love,

The more that you're living a life you love,

The more you love your life,

The more your vibration elevates,

And the more incredible manifestations,

Magic,

And miracles naturally flow to you.
