Welcome back beautiful soul to this practice of embodiment.

Let's begin by creating a space where you can be completely yourself.

Simply settling in to comfort,

Finding whatever position allows you to feel both at ease and open to a growing awareness of the power that is within you.

Gently aware of all that is available within you.

The empowerment alive inside of you that is you.

Easing in,

Relaxed,

And empowered.

Begin to connect with your breath.

Just becoming aware of your breathing.

No need to change anything.

Just aware.

This expression of your life,

This very force of your life.

In and out.

Breathing in your truth,

And breathing out anything that asks you to be less than what you are.

With your next in-breath,

I invite you to feel your breath deepening naturally.

In and out.

And with your next full exhale,

Invite your breath to become a declaration,

A statement of presence,

A way of taking up space.

In and out.

With each inhale,

Recognize that you are choosing yourself.

And with each exhale,

You are releasing the need to be anything other than authentic.

Anything less than the truest version of you.

Continuing to breathe,

Let's begin to tune in to your body.

This body which carries you,

Supports you,

Moves you through your days.

Just tune into your body with love.

Becoming aware of your feet,

Feeling how they ground you in your truth.

Your legs,

Strong enough to carry you forward each day,

Moving you toward all that you want.

Your hips,

The seat of your creative power.

Your belly,

Relaxed and trusting of your own knowing.

Your chest,

Open and at ease.

Aware of your own power and autonomy.

Your heart,

Beating with the rhythm of its own authenticity.

Your shoulders,

Pulled down and away from your ears,

At ease.

Strong enough to carry your truth with confidence.

Your arms,

Always ready to embrace what's of most value to you.

Your hands,

Ever serving you,

More and more skilled at creating what matters to you.

Your throat,

Clear and open for speaking what's true.

Deep breath in.

Always open to genuine expression.

And your mind,

Clear and focused on what's real,

What is good and right and beautiful to you.

Continuing to breathe,

I invite you to place one hand on your heart and the other on your throat.

Connecting the truth you feel with the truth you speak.

In and out.

Your truth is not a luxury.

It is not selfish.

It is not optional.

Your truth is the foundation of everything meaningful in your life,

The source of your power,

The key to your freedom.

Allow yourself to feel into the experience of living from this place of authenticity,

Where your choices align with your values,

Where your actions reflect your truth,

Where your life is an authentic expression of who you really are.

From this space,

Allow this question to land within you.

What truth am I ready to live more fully?

Do not force an answer.

Simply allow it to arise within you in its own timing,

In its own way.

Whatever comes forward for you is perfect.

Perhaps it's your need for solitude,

Or your desire for adventure,

Your creative expression,

Your dreams,

Your standards,

Or your love.

Whatever lands within you,

Feel this truth alive in your body,

Not as an idea,

But as living energy,

A force that wants to move through you and guide your choices,

Your decisions,

Your actions.

As you continue to breathe,

I invite you to imagine yourself moving through your day,

Your week,

Your life,

From this place of truth,

Making decisions that honor who you really are,

Saying yes to what aligns,

And saying no to what doesn't.

Become aware of how this feels in your body.

Breathing into any sensations of this integrity,

This alignment,

This authenticity.

You have permission to be exactly who you are.

You have permission to want what you want.

You have permission to live your truth,

Even when others don't understand,

Even when it's different than what you held before,

Even when it challenges expectations.

Your authenticity is your gift to yourself and to the world.

Breathing in the courage to be real,

And breathing out the need to be perfect or pleasing.

With each breath,

Feel yourself expanding into your full truth,

Your full expression,

Your full power.

Breathing in your own strength,

And breathing out anything that no longer serves.

As we begin to gently close this practice,

I invite you to place both hands over your heart,

Feeling the steady beat of authentic living.

The rhythm of a life that is aligned with its own truth.

You know who you are.

You know what matters to you,

And within you,

You have the courage to live it.

As you continue moving forward,

You might pay attention to what moments ask you to choose between pleasing others and honoring yourself,

And wonder what small acts of authenticity could become your daily practice.

When you're ready,

Begin to move your body gently,

Stretch,

Feel the energy of truth flowing through you.

And if they have been closed,

I invite you to slowly open your eyes.

I encourage you to step into the world as the authentic person that you are,

Speaking your truth,

Living your truth,

Being your integrated,

Whole,

And beautiful self.

Thank you for sharing this practice with me.

I look forward to continuing.

And blessed may you ever be,

Beautiful friend.
