Welcome to the journey of your breath.
Begin by closing your eyes and finding your breath.
Without forcing it to happen,
Taking short inhales through your nose and small exhales through your mouth.
Finding the rhythm of your breathing.
And as you do so,
It should become easier,
Smoother.
And it is at this time when we can attempt to take a slightly deeper inhale and a little longer exhale.
With your next breath,
Breathing from your chest,
Inhaling,
The chest expands.
And as you exhale,
It empties out.
With the next breath,
Bring it up and exhaling it all out.
As you continue to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
I will be guiding you through different parts of your body.
And you will simply envision following the breath up through those parts and exhaling,
Emptying it out.
We will be creating new oxygen,
Recycling the old,
Restoring you whole.
Let us begin as you inhale by envisioning that that breath begins at your tailbone.
And as you breathe in,
The breath moves up through your spine,
All the way up through the back of your neck and head,
Slowly entering through your head and exhaling between your eyebrows.
Nicely done.
Let's do that once again at your own pace.
Starting to breathe right at your tailbone,
Up through the spine,
And out between the eyebrows.
You're doing great.
With your next inhale,
Envision that breath coming up through your fingertips.
Moving up through your arms,
Up through your shoulders.
And doing that at your own pace a second time.
Inhaling beginning at your fingertips,
Up through your arms,
And out through your throat.
Nice and slow.
Let's continue by envisioning the next inhale to enter through your feet.
Moving up through the legs,
Up through your thighs and hips,
And exhaling through your navel.
Nicely done.
One more time at your own pace.
Inhaling through your feet.
Breath.
Let's go back to the feet.
Inhale,
Bringing that breath up through your legs,
Your hips,
And your arms.
This time it will pass over the navel,
Into your abdomen,
Up through the chest,
Moving up through the throat,
And it will exhale at the top of your head.
And it will continue to exhale through every pore of your body.
Allowing for the earth to recycle.
As you have fully created new oxygen within.
In order to preserve this,
Let's envision the sun rays coming up from above.
Touching the surface of your head,
Inviting those sun rays to enter through your body.
Preserving it all.
And when the sun rays get to your feet,
They expand beyond your physical body.
Covering the silhouette of your body externally.
If there was a mirror in front of you,
You could see yourself radiating,
Radiating balanced,
Pure,
Integrated,
Anew.
Feeling your feet against a floor.
Slowly begin by bringing your awareness back.
As you connect to your breath once again.
Gentle inhales through the nose,
And short exhales through the mouth.
To be fully present in your space.
Clear minded and at ease.
