In this meditation, we will go through the process of realizing our inner voice for making decisions. Often we feel paralyzed by the distractions of the mind and thoughts of the future, which govern making our choices, but there's something deeper than the mind that we can tap into for guidance.

Thank you so much for joining me in a journey for self-discovery.

Today,

We are gonna dive deep into our soul and try to figure out what we really want.

The vast majority and diversity in the universe,

The manifestation of myriads of things,

Can make us distracted about what we really want and this causes a lot of indecision,

Second thought,

Not being confident enough in our decisions,

But in this meditation,

We will dive deeper into the depths of our being and try to realize what is it that our true being desires the most and from this place,

We can take decisions from a truer and legitimate perspective from a place that calms us from within and without,

A place that comes from tuition and believing in ourselves,

So go ahead and close your eyes,

Let your body relax,

Be more comfortable in whatever posture you are in,

Start taking longer breaths while observing and feeling the vibrations around you,

Just try to feel how the room feels right now,

Don't try to judge or change anything,

If some thought comes into your mind,

Just observe it as a thought and move on,

Because this is the time,

We don't use our mind thinking,

We use our heart and our inner being to understand what we really want,

Keep observing your breath and your surroundings,

Is there any noise or any sound that stands out in your background,

If some part of your body is bothering you,

Just observe it,

Often times what comes as a stackle in our meditation is the very thing that can help us in calming our mind in the daily life,

Because it helps us in being patient and being in the present moment despite the distractions and the hurdles that we face during our daily life,

Now that you are completely relaxed,

Try to focus your attention in between the eyes in the middle spot,

Where your third eye is located,

Gently put your awareness in this spot and keep it there without any force,

Just with love and kindness,

Now you will feel a slight tingling on your third eye,

It means that your third eye is starting to become activated,

The third eye helps us in seeing what's true around us in the universe,

It helps us in being in contact with our intuition,

Now think about the important decision that you have to take when focusing on your third eye and being aware of your thoughts,

Once you have thought about your question or the decision that you have to take,

Just sit for a while with this question and don't try to think for an answer and let your third eye,

Your mind's eye to give you some answers and all you have to be is aware of all that your mind is showing you,

Relax and try to focus,

You will know which picture or which feeling that comes to you is coming from the divine or from the spiritual self or the higher self and which one is coming from the mind,

Just keep your thoughts aware and conscious so you can separate the mind with the intuition,

I will end this practice here but feel free to look more if you haven't found the answer that you are looking for and if it comes to you,

Even after the practice,

You can be aware during your daily life of any visions or any signs that answer your question or help you make a decision now that your third eye is active and you are more open to the universe,
