Take a moment to close your eyes and settle in,
Tuning in with your breath,
Noticing you are here,
Comfortably laying on your bed,
And ready to drift away to sleep,
With gratitude and trust in your ability to live a life of abundance.
Start to deepen your breath,
Lengthening and deepening the inhale,
Lengthening and deepening the exhales,
Softly,
Gently grounding yourself deeper.
As you tune in to your breath,
You set the intention for a restful night of sleep to fully rejuvenate your body,
Clear your mind and allow abundance,
Opportunities and money to flow into your body,
Into your reality.
You begin tuning in to the comfort that you're currently feeling laying on your bed.
You begin being filled with gratitude at the comfortable space you find yourself in.
You are grateful for the temperature of the room,
For the comfort of your blanket,
For the coziness of a quiet and dark room,
And the next three inhale you take are filled with that gratitude as it pulls into your body and reaches every part of your body.
Every corner of your mind is currently filled with gratitude as you realize how grateful you are to be here,

As you decide to have a relaxing and restful night of sleep,
As you give yourself permission to be here and now,
As your body is connected to your breath,
You begin feeling a deep sense of calm,

You realize you are so abundant and so lucky to be here and now,
About to have a rejuvenating night of sleep and you say in your mind,
I am grateful for the abundance that surrounds me.
As I drift away to sleep,
I will allow myself to receive insights,
Ideas and downloads about the abundance that awaits me in the morning.
I choose to relax,
Rejuvenate my body and clear my mind so I can be a vessel for abundance,
So I can offer my gifts to the world when I rise tomorrow.
