This 33-minute restorative practice, guided by Julianne Arce, invites you to slow down, release tension, and be fully supported. Using optional props: a bolster, pillow, and two blocks, you’ll move through three deeply relaxing poses: - Child’s Pose with Support – A gentle surrender. - Reclined Butterfly Pose – Open the heart and hips. - Legs Up the Wall – A full-body reset.
