Welcome to our meditation today.
Find a comfortable position either sitting up or lying down.
Slowly close your eyes and nestle into your comfy space.
Allow your mind to settle,
Relax and feel completely at ease.
As we relax and breathe deeply,
Feel every single cell in your body prepare to receive this gentle and powerful healing.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely and breathing out through your mouth.
Breathing in and exhaling deeply through your mouth.
With each breath,
Find yourself drifting into a deeper state of relaxation.
As we breathe in,
We inhale love and as we breathe out,
We exhale gratitude.
Breathing in love and exhaling gratitude.
Breathing in love and exhaling joy.
Allow your whole self to arrive.
Feel a beautiful golden light enter your head through the crown chakra.
Feel this light wash over your face,
Your shoulders,
Your arms down to your hands and fingers.
Feel it going through your chest,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Travelling down to your legs,
Your feet and out through your toes.
Feel your heart centre open to receive the love and healing the universe is sending you.
Feel the shimmering warmth wash over your body bringing you peace,
Warmth and joy.
So often we can hear an inner voice that is critical of us,
That tells us we need to be better.
Sometimes this voice can hold us back.
Because we strive so hard to be a better version,
We forget to love and accept who we really are.
What if who we are is enough?
The way we relate to others?
The way we dress?
The care we show our loved ones?
The jobs we have?
Who we are?
Our cells in our body are so very receptive to frequency and energy.
Sometimes there are blockages that can interfere with the natural flow of communication between our cells in the highest and purest form.
Visualise all your body's cells,
A beautiful soft pink,
Beautifully round,
Spherical,
Receiving all the important messages from one cell to the next,
From one cell to the millions of cells in our body.
Our cells in our glands,
The pituitary,
The hypothalamus in our brain,
The thyroid and adrenals are very much affected by how we feel.
They are all interconnected.
Our thyroid is a butterfly shaped gland which sits in the base of our neck.
It produces,
Stores and releases hormones into the bloodstream so the hormones can reach the body's cells.
The thyroid hormones regulate the speed with which the cells in our body and metabolism work.
Our heart rate and how fast our intestines process food is governed by our thyroid hormones.
Sometimes we may not be speaking our truth and we are holding back from saying what we really want to say.
Our throat chakra may become blocked and this can sometimes show as thyroid problems.
Can we let go of anything that is no longer supporting us?
Let go now of past negativity,
Sadness,
Criticism and unspoken words.
Visualize your thyroid and the space around it,
Sending it infinite love.
Our adrenal glands sit on top of our kidneys.
Messages from our hypothalamus and pituitary tell our adrenal glands to produce hormones.
When we are faced with a stressful situation,
Our sympathetic system is activated.
Our adrenals release adrenaline.
In our lives,
We may have been faced with highly stressful situations where our body had to prepare for fight or flight.
Sometimes our body can hold that memory and forget to let go so our sympathetic system stays on alert.
But this is not that time.
You are safe in this space to relax and completely let go.
We need to now let our body know that we are safe and we can relax.
Can we let go of anything that is no longer supporting us?
Let go now of past stresses,
Worries,
Trauma and pain.
Visualize your adrenal glands and the space around them,
Sending them infinite love.
Let's take a moment now to give love and gratitude to our beautiful thyroid and adrenal glands for watching over us and helping us through the tough times.
Breathing in deeply and exhaling,
We give deep thanks to our thyroid and adrenals for all that they have done,
All that they are doing and all that they continue to do with love and care.
Reclaim your whole self,
Your inner strength and your self worth.
Feel now the subtle strengthening of connections between your pituitary,
Hypothalamus,
Thyroid and adrenals,
Enhancing your body's innate balance and harmony.
Feel your beautifully round pink cells in your body shimmering and communicating with each other with grace and ease.
It may feel as though an unseen burden has been lifted from your shoulders and you may feel lighter and more connected with your deeper self,
Feeling peace and calm.
Feel your body welcome this beautiful change,
A sense of inner peace and happiness with a new level of confidence and clarity.
Breathing in deeply and exhaling now with gratitude.
Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a beautiful warm hug.
