Some minds find silence too loud. Some find music too much. This track was made for the space between. Recorded on the Algarve shoreline, the Atlantic does most of the work here. Real waves carry the low rumble and high spray of the open ocean. Woven through them, almost shyly, a felt-dampened piano and soft glass bowl offer just enough melodic shape to give the mind somewhere gentle to rest. Best for — Deep relaxation without distraction — Mindfulness and present-moment anchoring — Nervous system and vagal rest — Those who find silence uncomfortable but music too busy — Gentle background for breathwork or restorative yoga How to use Sit or lie comfortably. Let the waves arrive first — follow one or two before the music appears. When it does, let it pass through rather than listening to it directly. The less you track it, the more it works.
