Breathe to Calm · Vagal Hum for Anxiety & Nervous System
Vagal humming for anxiety, stress and the extended exhale response. Continuous feminine hum, warm and close, mostly slow and sustained, occasionally breaking into quick, short bursts, the way real breath sometimes catches before settling again. When you notice those short bursts, that is your cue. Take one slow, deep breath in, then let your exhale run long and slow, and let the sound settle back around you. You do not need to control your breath the whole way through. Just use those moments as reminders, then return to simply listening. For anxiety, panic, stress or any nervous system that does not calm down in a straight line. The short bursts are not interruptions. They are invitations to breathe deeper.
