This gentle morning meditation invites you to begin your day from connection rather than effort. Through slow breathing, embodied awareness, and soft inner attention, you are guided back into a felt sense of presence, a place where your body can settle and your attention can return home. Rather than trying to change or improve anything, this practice supports your nervous system in remembering a natural state of calm connection. From there, clarity, warmth, and inner alignment can arise on their own. This meditation is especially supportive if you wake up feeling rushed or disconnected, tend to live in your head, are sensitive to energy or external demands, or want to start the day grounded and resourced. Listen lying down or seated, in a quiet moment before the day begins. Allow the effects to unfold gently, in your own time. Would love for your cells to be all 'sparkled up'! Lots of love, Zjos

Good morning,

You sweet,

Sweet soul.

Find yourself a very comfortable position and gently close your eyes,

Just like that.

And here's just a little reminder that your soul has been travelling last night and sometimes we just have to give it some time and space to get back so that we are able to align with it again.

And in this meditation,

This transmission,

We're doing a little check-in in your body,

See how it feels,

Also we're going to give some high frequencies to your little cells in your body.

And after that,

See what kind of intention comes up when you align with your heart.

So here we go,

Sweet soul.

And if you would like,

You can place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

You don't have to go anywhere,

You can just be here with your body.

And maybe it's nice to say good morning to your body.

And then slowly inhale and very slowly exhale again.

Just be aware of your body moving as we do it again,

So inhale to your belly and slowly exhale again.

And by doing this,

We're giving the body a little sign that today's a different day than usual.

Feel where your back,

Your legs,

Your shoulders are being supported and held effortlessly.

And as you keep being aware of your breath as well,

How it slowly comes in via your nose or your mouth and how your belly gets a little bit bigger as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

It gets a little bit smaller.

Follow the breath and welcome yourself to this new day.

And ask yourself,

How am I feeling at this moment?

Maybe it's a word or a feeling or a colour or whatever it is for you.

Just to take it with you.

And then as you connect to your heart,

When you place your attention on your heart,

You might even feel it pumping.

You might even feel the energy in and around your heart.

And maybe you feel some warmth coming from your heart.

A gentle softness.

And maybe even a gentle whisper.

And I would like to take you on a little imaginary road.

Imagine all the cells in your body,

All the billions or the trillions of cells,

Just being in your body.

Imagine each and every one of them having a small door which they will open and are ready to receive some extra kind of frequencies.

And you can just see them getting a little bit excited.

What might be coming up?

And then imagine the warmth of your heart hovering above your body.

Being really radiant with all the warmth and the love and the sweetness of the heart.

And imagine those beams coming from the heart,

Beaming all into the little cells,

Each and every one of them.

Maybe you can even feel a warmth going through your body.

Or feel them vibrating or pulsing a little bit.

They're soaking it all up.

They're even getting tiny little smileys on their faces.

And then imagine something symbolic for you,

For fun,

Hovering above your body.

And the cells barely can't wait to receive it.

And imagine all the happy and fun frequencies dropping into your cells,

To each and every one of them.

And they're starting to be a bit more vibrant.

More alive.

Wanting to go out there.

Experiencing the fun.

And it's radiating through each and every one of them.

Looking at each other like,

Yes,

I'm liking this.

Receiving,

Receiving,

Receiving.

Maybe you can even feel a different kind of frequency in your body.

Different vibration.

Or just the awareness of the vibration in your body.

And then to top it off,

There's a beam of very clear,

Bright,

White light coming from the center of the universe.

Radiating all the light into your cells.

And your cells are soaking it all up.

Each and every one of them.

And you can feel them reacting to it.

All the white light into your cells.

And then you can take a deep breath in to your belly.

And exhale.

And slowly the cells happily close their little doors.

Vibrating on a different frequency.

And then as you're into contact with your heart,

Your gut,

Your belly,

Ask yourself the question for today.

What would I love for today?

What would I truly love to feel?

To do?

To say?

To be?

And maybe it's a word or a feeling or a gesture.

What is it for you?

What would you truly love?

And then see yourself do it.

Say it.

Feel it.

To be it.

Gather that field around you that you're already doing it.

Feeling it.

Soak it all up.

With all the frequencies in your cells now.

And go for it today.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

And when you're ready,

You sweet,

Sweet soul,

Open your eyes again.

And absolutely have a fantastic day.

And know that you're exactly the way you're supposed to be,

Honey.
