You can start by just noticing yourself.
Perhaps even a little hello.
How many times today have you taken the time to notice yourself?
Yes,
I am here.

And I wonder what that might feel like for you in this moment to just notice all the ways in which you are here.
Do you have a part of you that's here but wants to be somewhere else?
Welcome.
Or maybe there's a part of you that's here and doesn't want to go back into the rest of your day.
Welcome that too.
Or perhaps there are parts of you who can't even be here because your mind is so busy being over there.
Welcome that too.
Just meeting yourself as you are here.
Taking a moment to say,
Ah,
My shoulder is a little tense.
Let me breathe into it.
Or,
Oh,
I think I'm carrying a little bit of tension in my belly.
Let me soften it.
Just noticing that noticing can be enough.
Enough to let in a little more peace before you go back into the rest of your day.

Keeping this level of awareness,
I invite you to give a little nod of acknowledgement to yourself before you return back into the present moment and continue on with your day.
Let yourself use this practice in the middle of whatever you're doing.
