Welcome in, wherever and however you are, Today, I invite you to center your self-talk so that you are your primary focus, in a world full of distraction; it is within our thoughts where we can manifest what is best for us. "I am in control of who I say I am," repeat this mantra several times throughout the day, if you find yourself slipping in and out of negativity. We may not be in control of our environments, but we can control how we react within them. Pack light and journey on.

Welcome.

Welcome in.

As you gather yourself in this space,

I invite you to do a body scan of how you are feeling.

As you hear my voice from your toes through your feet,

From each limb,

Leg to arm,

Center.

As the feelings travel up to your head and your pace,

Stay a while.

As you breathe,

Encourage your breath to catch up to your mind and slow down so that you are in complete harmony with your breath,

Your mind,

And your heart.

Today's practice meditation is all about positive self-talk.

How we can realign ourselves with the best and most bright intentions that follow from the heart to the mind,

No matter what anyone outside of you has to say.

You are not in charge of anyone else's feelings or projections about you.

You are merely in control of what you say about you and how you feel.

And if ever a fleeting thought of negativity flows through your body,

I invite you to remember who you are.

Your journey through this lifetime has showed you who you are.

No matter how you are,

You are still here today.

You are standing strong in the person whom you have become.

And I know you will continue forward into the person who you want to be.

Every day is a step towards a greater you.

Remember this.

And as you come into breath,

Breathing in and out at your pace,

I welcome you to this mantra.

I am in control of who I say I am.

I am in control of who I say I am.

Continue breathing.

And if your mind begins to wander,

Hold back to the mantra.

I am in control of who I say I am.

When we repeat this mantra,

We encourage ourselves and give ourselves the wisdom to know that we can only control ourselves and our responses.

We cannot control people or situations.

We cannot control how people see us or what they think of us.

But we can control ourselves and who we say we are.

Continue breathing.

As soon as we open the door,

This world is ready for us.

Whether or not we are ready for it.

I am in control of who I say I am.

I am in control of who I say I am.

It is not your responsibility to take care of the feelings and the emotions of what other people have bestowed upon you.

You are in control of who you say you are.

Hold onto this mantra as you journey through your day.

And if you ever waver,

Remember who you say you are.

Attack light and journey on.
