Sana is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. Her focus is chakra healing, guided visualizations, awakening the Kundalini energy and to create awareness. She completed 200 hours of traditional Kundalini e-yoga teacher training from Rishikesh in India in 2021. She has an overall 8-year experience of personal practice of yoga asanas, breathwork and meditation. Sana also holds an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling.
