Welcome to a guided meditation for prosperity and gratitude.

It is said that gratitude is the road to abundance and prosperity.

This meditation is to remove any energy blocks or karmic blocks and bring ourselves into a state of gratitude.

Being grateful falls in the same level as love.

It is one of the highest vibrational frequencies we can be at.

The more time we can spend in gratitude and love,

The more our body's frequency raises and the healthier our bodies become.

This practice is based on Kundalini meditation of Guru Prasad as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

We attune and balance our body and mind with Kundalini Yoga and meditation.

The intention we can set here is being home in ourselves now,

Open to receive.

We are cultivating in this moment here the space of grace,

Which is the most powerful arena of manifestation.

When we give up control,

We let go and let God.

There is no resistance to giving or receiving.

We embrace humility within ourselves to release our limited concept of control.

Simply giving and receiving from the divine source.

It delivers us to a place of peace.

We become aware of our presence that is in the here and now.

We cultivate trust and surrender.

Observe and release all blocks that prevent from aligning with the universal energies.

So releasing now limiting beliefs,

Obligations,

Control,

Manipulation,

Unhealthy shame,

Past toxic guilt,

Or fear that holds back prosperity.

So with this intention,

Let's begin.

We begin our practice today by chanting the Adi Mantra,

Om Namo Gurudev Namo,

Which means the infinite vibration within us opens.

It means I bow to the creative wisdom.

I bow to the divine teacher within.

We tune in through this mantra and consolidate and anchor our transformed vibration with a deep relaxation.

Sit in easy pose,

Cross-legged with a straight spine,

Chin in,

Chest out,

Belly in.

Physically and mentally straighten your spine,

Lengthening so the channels or nadis can be clear.

Eyes are closed gently.

Bring your palms together in front of your chest into prayer pose.

Breathe long and deep.

On the inhale,

Imagine every positive energy and blessings from the divine flowing in,

Engaging the navel,

The solar plexus.

Inhale long and exhale long.

And then inhale and chant Om Gurudev.

Exhale gently.

Inhale again.

Om Gurudev.

And exhale gently.

Inhale once more.

Om Gurudev.

And exhale gently.

And take a moment here.

Now bend the elbows down by the sides and cross the forearms over the diaphragm area.

Parallel to the floor,

Right on top,

Left underneath.

Hold the right elbow with the left hand and the left elbow with the right hand.

Comfortably lock your hands so that you have the elbows in your hands.

Imagine a golden light pouring from above into your navel and your heart center.

Relaxing into this moment,

Notice your emotions and release whatever emotion you do not need in this moment.

And perhaps ask the universe for the emotions that you may want to feel,

Whether it is joy,

Excitement,

Peace or calmness.

Allow yourself to receive this experience within.

See if you can start feeling it as a reality.

Ask for grace in this moment.

Take a long deep breath in and out.

The mantra for this practice is the divine source as the creative infinity.

So the mantra is Har Har Har Har Govinday which means sustainer.

And we continue this with Mukande,

Liberator.

Udare,

Enlightener.

Apare,

Infinite.

Harian,

Destroyer.

Karian,

Creator.

Niname,

Nameless.

Akame,

Desireless.

And so now begin chanting the mantra.

Chant the mantra out loud from the navel.

Har Har Har Har Govinday Har Har Har Har Mukande Har Har Har Har Udare Har Har Har Har Apare Har Har Har Har Harian Har Har Har Har Karian Har Har Har Har Niname Har Har Har Har Akame Har Har Har Har Govinday Har Har Har Har Mukande Har Har Har Har Udare Har Har Har Har Apare Har Har Har Har Harian Har Har Har Har Karian Har Har Har Har Niname Har Har Har Har Akame Har Har Har Har Govinday Har Har Har Har Mukande Har Har Har Har Udare Har Har Har Har Apare Har Har Har Har Harian Har Har Har Har Karian Har Har Har Har Niname Har Har Har Har Akame And whisper powerfully the mantra as you breathe in and out naturally.

And feel the power of the prana or life force.

Keep the navel engaged.

Har Har Har Har Govinday Har Har Har Har Mukande Har Har Har Har Udare Har Har Har Har Apare Har Har Har Har Harian Har Har Har Har Karian Har Har Har Har Niname Har Har Har Har Akame Har Har Har Har Govinday Har Har Har Har Mukande Har Har Har Har Udare Har Har Har Har Apare Har Har Har Har Harian Har Har Har Har Karian Har Har Har Har Niname Har Har Har Har Akame Har Har Har Har Govinday Har Har Har Har Mukande Har Har Har Har Udare Har Har Har Har Apare Har Har Har Har Apare Har Har Har Har Harian Har Har Har Har Karian Har Har Har Har Niname Har Har Har Har Akame Inhale and exhale naturally.

Stay in your body.

Notice any sensations,

Any vibrations that can come with the chanting of the mantra.

Inhale deeply.

Stretch your spine as much as you can while squeezing the rib cage,

The area where your elbows are locked,

As well as every part of your body.

Hold this breath for 15 seconds and then exhale with a fire breath,

The canon fire breath,

Out through the mouth and relax.
