Start to find a few shoulder rolls,
Releasing any tension in the neck or the shoulder.
Coming into stillness as you're ready.
Take a deep full breath in,
Filling up the lungs all the way.
Pause here.
Exhale,
Open the lips,
Sigh it out.
Two more just like that.
Breathe in.
Take a deep full breath,
Hold here,
Sigh it out.
One more just like that.
Breathe in,
Fill it up,
And let it out.
Returning to normal breathing,
In and out through the nose.
This mantra is I can and I will.
Whatever that means for you.
As you breathe and whisper,
I can.
As you breathe out and I will.
Breathe in,
I can.
Breathe out and I will.
Keep moving just like this.
Connecting to what this means for you.
