Welcome to this healing and immunity enhancement meditation.

I'm Dr.

Linda Friedland and I'm delighted to be here with you today,

Accompanied by the intentional music track of Yuval Ron,

A consultation with Dr.

Richard Gold of Metta Mindfulness Music.

Close your eyes.

Give yourself permission right now to relax.

This is time now for your healing,

For your well-being,

To boost your immunity,

To regain your strength and your vitality,

And to create inner calm.

Begin to become aware of your breathing.

Breathe in deeply through your nose and slowly breathe out through your mouth.

Breathe in once again,

Deeply through your nose.

Hold it for just a moment and exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in once again,

Deeply through your nose.

Hold and breathe out through your mouth.

Your breath has an enormous power to energize,

To heal,

To regenerate your body,

Generate your body,

To stimulate your immune system,

Tones your nerves,

Your muscles,

Oxygenates all of your organs.

Deep breathing regulates your heartbeat,

Cleanses your blood,

It stills your mind and calms your emotions.

As you breathe out,

Let all the tension stored in your body begin to leave you.

With each inhalation,

You are absorbing new calm energy and vitality.

With each breath out,

You are releasing strain.

Breathe out your tensions and your worries for just this moment.

Now,

Beginning at the top of your head,

Begin to consciously relax the muscles of your body.

You may be feeling pain or strain within your body.

You can choose to release some of this right now.

Now,

In this moment,

Relax your forehead,

Relax your face and relax your jaw.

Relax the muscles of your neck and shoulders.

Feel the relaxation moving through your chest,

Through your arms and down into your hands,

And fingers.

Feel a wave of relaxation move through your abdomen and into your back muscles.

Continue to feel this wave moving down your legs and into your feet.

With each gentle breath you take,

Allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

Now,

You are beginning to use the power of your breath.

You are beginning to use the power of imagery.

Images are powerful mental pictures that become translated into your reality,

Into your body.

The images connect pathways from your brain cortex to areas of healing and immunity.

Visualize any organs and cells within your body that may require light and healing.

Note any areas of your body where you hold tension and allow this tension to begin to dissipate.

Imagine,

See and feel a warm and gentle light above your head.

Allow this light to penetrate through the top of your head,

Down your face,

Into your neck and shoulders.

Feel this warm light moving into your chest and into your abdomen and flowing down your arms,

All the way to the tips of your fingers.

Feel this light wash through your legs,

Down to your feet and toes.

Allow this light to spread down your spinal cord to every single nerve,

To every vessel,

To every cell in your body,

Especially those potent immune cells.

Replenishing,

Renewing and healing.

You may begin to feel a heaviness,

A warmth entering you as you become more relaxed and comfortable.

You are becoming calmer and tranquil.

Let this light enter your heart,

The source of your life force,

Your vitality.

Let it pump this light through all your vessels,

Opening any physical or emotional blockage.

Through your bloodstream,

Clearing,

Replenishing,

Healing and boosting your immunity.

Feel the warmth,

See the light,

Hear the movement and the flow through your body.

The light flows to all the pathways of immunity,

Healing every part of your body.

Your entire body is now bathed in this light.

As it surrounds you in a cocoon,

Relaxing your outer muscles and skin and you feel at peace and energized.

Let the energy of this music and the earth's energy and the spiritual divine energy enter and restore your energy and life force.

Open every part,

Every cell of your body to health and healing.

Let all the natural energy surrounding you enter your body and work along with your own magnificent immune system to eliminate any imbalance,

Any illness,

Any pain.

Now become aware of your breathing once again.

Feel of the chair,

Cushion,

Floor against your body.

Continue to allow the deep breathing in through your nose and exhale through your mouth as you feel calm,

Joy and healing.

As we conclude our meditation,

You will feel calmer inside and out.

Your breathing will remain smooth and even.

Your thoughts and your mindset will be positive and supportive of your health and well-being.

You have enhanced the vitality of your immune system,

The deep knowingness of your body and mind strength.
