Welcome to a quick two minute meditation refresh.
Please arrive into your meditation posture,
Whether that is seated or lying down or any other position.
Can you choose something that cultivates symmetry in the body and stillness so that you can still the mind?
Can you allow yourself to become 5% or 10% more comfortable now getting any last little fidgets out?
And then can you more fully arrive into this stillness,
Calling all pieces of you into the present moment by bringing your awareness to your physical body?
Can you notice if there is any movement happening with your breath in your torso or perhaps at your nose?
And can you notice the imprint of your day so far on your breath?
And then just spend the next few moments being a quiet observer of your breath as it comes in,
Expanding your torso,
Perhaps your awareness.
Exhale,
Clearing the mind,
Clearing the impressions of the body,
Impressions from your day.
Inhale,
Expanding.
Exhale,
Clearing.
