Explore MeditationMyriam got introduced to yoga and meditation as she was recovering from a major car accident. Then, she discovered the healing magic of yoga and meditation, the physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental benefits. During a very challenging time of her life, yoga and meditation got her through it and promised her that “ this too shall pass”. She practiced yin and restorative yoga during her recovery, her yoga practice kept her grounded and calm in times of stress. . Her love for yoga and its magic, led her to dig deeper and become certified in 2020 and later on completing her 300 hours YTT in 2021. Myriam is also a certified pain specialist from McGill University and would like to share her knowledge and journey with her students on how yoga and meditation had helped her with her chronic pain and introduced her to self-love and self-compassion
