Feel your body,
The back of the body,
The front of the body,
The right side and the left side.
Feel your whole body together now.
Visualise roots extending from your body down into the earth.
Feel the connection between yourself and the grounding energy of the earth.
Visualise your roots,
Their texture,
Their colour,
Their thickness,
As they travel from your body down into the centre of the earth.
Imagine this connection is providing stability and support.
Feel this stability and support.
You are safe.
And you are divinely protected.
Imagine a sphere of protecting and loving energy surrounding you.
You may see this sphere as a colour,
You might see it as a vibration of energy,
Or you may simply sense it with your body and trust that it is there.
The sphere is your sacred space,
Creating a safe environment for spiritual exploration.
Feel the warmth and security within this space,
Silently or out loud.
Set the intention to connect with your spirit animal.
Express gratitude for any guidance or messages you may receive.

Look at your feet and begin to walk through this space,
Feeling a sense of peace and curiosity.

Allow the scene to unfold naturally.
Notice the colours,
Sounds and scents.
Welcome everything with an open heart and appreciation.
If you encounter an animal,
Approach it with respect and an open heart.
Ask if this is your spirit animal and if it is,
Welcome its presence.
Take a moment to observe,
Communicate and feel a connection with the spirit animal.
Ask your spirit animal if it has any messages or guidance for you.
Listen to any insights,
Feelings or images that come to you.
Trust your intuition and be open to receiving the wisdom your spirit animal has to offer.
Thank your spirit animal for its presence and guidance and allow your spirit animal to walk away knowing and trusting that it is always there by your side and in your heart.
