Find a comfortable place to relax.
You can sit,
Lay down,
Wherever you are,
Allow yourself to relax and close your eyes.
It's time to return to sound and return to the power of your breath.
As you observe your inhale and exhale through the nose,
Gently breathe in.
Punch in peace and stillness within.
Inhale and love,
Exhale in fear.
Coming home to yourself.
Inhale and love,
Exhale in fear.
Now that you can access this place,
Anytime by simply returning back to your breath.
