Transcript

Hello,

This audio recording is made for you so that you can achieve a state of total relaxation.

So find a quiet place where you are comfortable,

Settle back,

Relax and enjoy.

With your eyes closed,

Just observe your breathing.

You don't need to change it in any way,

But just know that with each breath in,

You are breathing in relaxation and with each breath out,

You are letting go of anything you do not require.

That's right,

Breathing in with ease and breathing out with ease.

Letting any tension melt away.

Now I want you to know that energy follows thought.

Wherever you pay your attention,

Energy will flow.

So bring your awareness to the top of your head and allow the feelings of relaxation spread through.

Let any muscle tension go,

Dissolving and melting away.

And allow those feelings of deep relaxation spread through,

Down across your eyes,

Your face,

Your mouth and relax your jaw muscles.

Breathing in that relaxation through to your neck,

Deep,

Restful and feeling lighter.

Allow that lightness to spread through to your shoulder muscles,

Right deep down to each muscle and each cell.

Letting go,

Feeling lighter.

Now on to the tops of your arms,

Allowing those muscles to relax and becoming tension free.

On to the lower arms,

Feeling them relax.

Down to your elbows and onto your forearms.

Just letting all those muscles relax and dissolve.

Right down to the hands and fingers and thumbs,

All the way to the tips.

Releasing any holdings and noticing your breathing becoming easier and even.

With every breath you take,

You become more and more relaxed.

Becoming aware of your chest area,

Allowing any holdings to melt away,

Relaxing the muscles in the back,

Allowing yourself to sink easily into your support.

Feeling relief and lightness in your waist and hips.

Right down into your thigh muscles and that freeness and lightness moves through towards your knees,

Flowing through to your legs,

Down into your calf muscles,

Ankles and your feet and all the way down to your toes.

Becoming calmer,

More relaxed and at ease.

Now I invite you to use your wonderful imagination as I guide you on a journey,

A journey just for you to experience.

You may see it or feel it,

Experience it any way you wish.

You are in a beautiful forest,

The sunlight shining through the leaves.

It is a perfect day and the temperature is just right for you.

Nature is all around and there is a gentle breeze coming through,

Rustling the leaves.

The birds are singing and the vibrant colours of the forest are beautiful.

There is a fresh smell of the trees and flowers around.

Feeling safe and free to roam around,

You start to walk along a trail that is covered lightly with leaves.

Providing a comfortable padding for each step you take,

You wander along the path,

Taking in all the healing energies that Mother Nature has to offer.

Your body enjoys this feeling.

There is no one around to bother you or disturb you.

You are surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature,

Comforting you,

Holding you.

You look around,

There are so many beautiful trees and flowers,

All moving gently,

Dancing with the beams of light that shine through.

You continue to walk deeper into the forest,

Feeling relaxed.

You come to an opening where there is a beautiful meadow,

Untouched by anyone it seems,

Welcoming you in.

You find a place to lie or sit on the soft,

Comfortable grass.

The weather is perfect,

The sky is clear,

With only a few clouds in the sky.

There is no one around,

No one around to bother you.

You express a deep,

Relaxing sigh as you sink into the grass.

As you relax here,

You notice that you have a great awareness of you and your surroundings.

It is beautiful,

Peaceful,

Relaxing and you soak this feeling into your being.

You become aware of a golden orb floating in the sky with the most graceful movement.

It floats gently towards you,

A beautiful golden orb,

And you smile,

For it is familiar to you and you just know that you can let go of anything you do not require to that golden orb.

Letting go of any worries,

Of any limitations,

Any old beliefs,

Judgements,

Anything you want to let go of,

You can let go to the golden orb.

Yes,

That's right,

Just let it go.

Feeling much lighter now,

You give thanks to the golden orb,

Which now floats away with the same ease and grace it came into your awareness,

Drifting off into the sky and away,

Dissolving all that you have let go of,

And you realise how much space you have created for yourself,

How much space you have created for your life.

You have a deep inner knowing that there are infinite possibilities for you.

That's right,

Infinite possibilities for creating a life with ease.

You have space to create and choose something different,

Something different for you.

You have allowed the space to be you.

You smile with this knowing and feel lighter.

It is now time to leave this place,

But just know that you can come back here any time you wish,

Come back to explore the infinite possibilities of creating you.

In a moment,

I am going to count from 5 to 1,

With 1 bringing you back fully into the room,

Feeling refreshed,

So 5,

Starting to move your fingers and toes,

4,

Feeling your legs and arms move,

3,

Feeling ready to stretch your body,

2,

Opening your eyes,

1,

Fully back into the room,

Feeling present,

Refreshed and ready to continue your day.
