Reflections - Tibetan Bowls

From the Sonic Tonics collection, Reflections is a track off the debut album 'Breathe' which allows the listener to fully breathe their breath. This gentle contemplative track features a selection of tibetan bowls as well as orginal recordings of sea waves of Pukerua Bay, New Zealand.

This is a great, relaxing meditation. There's just enough variation the my mind can easily stay focused but not souch that it becomes overwhelming.

Lovely. Very calming and soothing. The bells and water sounds are arranged well, they complement each other and are not too "busy".
