Today I'm going to teach you the relaxing side.

This is something one of my meditation teachers taught me And I thought it was just so helpful So basically we're going to breathe in Through your nose ideally,

But through your mouth is okay,

Too And then when you breathe out you're basically just going to let out a huge audible sigh releasing any tension in your neck your shoulders anywhere else in your body So let's practice with a few breaths deep breath in And out Breathing in And letting it go Ah one more time deep breath in Just notice how that feels in your body The releasing of any tension and this is something that you can take throughout your day You don't have to be sitting down for this and do it anytime anywhere as long as it's not bothering other people And if you're really stressed out you can Do it every hour or however you want to space it out throughout your day Something that is just very relaxing that you can take with you anywhere Hope you enjoyed that and I will talk with you next time
