Benjamin Wood

Ben began practising mindfulness in 2019 and found it invaluable in managing the stresses of the modern world. Three years ago, he decided to train as a mindfulness teacher so he could support others to develop these same skills. He integrates mindfulness into his day-to-day working life and is passionate about sharing and deepening practice with others who want to do the same. Ben values shared experience and is committed to supporting individual growth. He meditates every day often after an ice bath (brrr) or on his way to work.
