This is a lecture about the illusion of identity as a burden that makes us think of ourselves in a limited perspective. Identity is a bunch of labels that we have been given over time and that holds us from fully taking part in the experience of life. It puts unnecessary restrictions based on social constructs on our unconditional existence. We see ourselves and others through the filter of our own beliefs and concepts, which makes life an impossible game.
