Focus your attention in the center of your chest,

Right behind your sternum.

If it helps,

Imagine a glowing ball of light,

Any color that comes to you,

Right behind your sternum.

Now imagine your breath flowing in and out of your heart and chest area.

Slow and deepen your breathing just a bit.

Find your rhythm.

Bring something to mind that brings up an elevated emotion for you.

Joy,

Appreciation,

Gratitude,

Kindness,

Anything in your life that helps you access one of these feelings.

Perhaps a loved one,

A pet,

Or a favorite place in nature.

Focus on that feeling as you continue breathing in and out of your heart.

When you're ready,

Resume your normal breathing.

If you're in a place that allows,

Get up and shake your body out.

Allow the beautiful energy that you just conjured up in your heart to flow through your entire body,

To your belly,

Your limbs,

Up into your neck and your head.

Move forward into your life with this energy.

Enjoy.
