This is a New Moon meditation,
A calming journey in which I will be guiding you through transitioning into a new cycle and expanding your receptivity.
This is a renewing meditation that I encourage you to revisit under every new moon and anytime you feel you are entering a new cycle in your life.
New moons mark the first phase of the monthly lunar cycle.
It takes the moon around 29 days to transition through all its phases and arrive from new moon to new moon.
Halfway through the cycle,
We experience the full moon where we are gifted the opportunity to pause,
Assess,
And let go of what isn't aligned with our values,
Our goals,
And our ascension.
Here and now,
As we rest under the new moon,
We are being gifted the opportunity to pause,
Reflect,
And set intentional manifestations as we are initiating a new beginning.
In our meditative moment together,
We will be affirming your intentional manifestations as well as your renewal after releasing any and all tensions that may have built up through the previous phases of your journey leading up to this new moon.
Arrive to a comfortable seated position.
You may also lay down if that feels more comfortable to you in this moment.
If you are seated,
Place your palms on your lap and if you are laying down,
Place your palms at your side and close your eyes.
With the intention of being mindful of our body language and communication,
Face your palms up if you feel called to open yourself up to receive or face your palms down if you feel called to ground yourself and integrate.
Let's begin with establishing our breath,
Calming our nervous system,
And releasing any and all tensions that may be obstructing the flow of your renewal.
Feel your belly expand with every deep inhale and contract with every liberating exhale.
With each breath,
I invite you to relax and release a little deeper,
A little deeper.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Notice the renewing cycles of your breath,
Just like we are experiencing a renewing cycle with the new moon.
Breathe in,

Notice how with every beginning there is an ending,
And with every ending there is a beginning.

With glistening stars and a floating new moon.
Take a couple breaths to relax even more deeply into the weightlessness and the infinite cosmos that surround you.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.

You may not be able to see the new moon,
But you can feel her presence.
Just like you may not be able to see the new beginning in your life,
But you can feel its presence.
Acknowledge the new moon by feeling her.
Acknowledge your new beginning by feeling it.
Continuing to breathe deeply and slowly,
Scan your body from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.
Inhaling renewal and exhaling any and all tensions with the intention to step into your new cycle as open and receptive as possible.
Relax and release as you become the observer and compassionately notice all that may arise.
Allow yourself to feel what is present mentally,
Emotionally,
Physically.
Practice non-judgment.
Know that the new moon is encouraging you to turn inward.

I invite you to face them upward as you receive the power and support of the new moon.
Tune into her nurturing divine feminine energy now and feel her energy blessing you from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
Feel your whole body being blessed into your new cycle.

Embrace being the divinely blessed being you are.
Acknowledge and affirm your blessed life.
Be open and receptive to the blessed new cycle you are stepping into.
It is time to set your intentional manifestation.
What are you intentionally choosing to manifest in this new cycle?
What intentional blessing are you opening yourself up to receive and to give?
Allow your intention to be limitless like the limitless cosmos you are immersed in and are immersed in you now.

Be as clear and specific as possible.
Think and speak in the present tense as if it already has manifested because it has.
Feel it to be true.
Feel it here and now.
Know with your whole heart that what you desire to manifest desires to be manifested by you.

Continue to breathe deeply and slowly.

I am worthy of experiencing this new cycle of my life with faith and trust.
I let go of all tensions from the past and move forward at peace.
I am open to receiving my intentional manifestation with ease.
I am receptive to divine guidance on nurturing my seed of intention through this new cycle.
I am receptive to divine support on journeying through this new cycle with grace.
I wholeheartedly know all is working together for my highest good and the highest good of all.
I surrender my intention to the divine intelligence that creates and sustains all life.
I allow my intention to unfold in divine order and in divine time.
I give thanks to the new moon,
To the divine,
And to myself for my replenishment and renewal.
Notice how you feel.
Begin to anchor yourself back to your physical body,
To your physical environment.
Gently wiggle your toes and your fingers in gratitude.
Take as much time as you need before returning back to your immediate environment.
Softly open your eyes when you feel ready.
Bow to this intentional journey.
Bow to your new cycle and return to your present and blessed self.
