The following meditation was designed to be listened to while seated in a chair,
Back straight,
Feet flat on the floor.
Guidance by William Yenson Music by Frequency 21 So begin by making yourself very comfortable,
Sitting in a posture that's conducive to relaxation.
Whether you're sitting on the floor or in a chair,
Find yourself gently and comfortably tall and long so that your shoulders are drawn back and the shoulder blades are dropped down away from the neck.
Find your heart naturally open and your belly soft.
For the first few breaths,
Breathe in gently through the nose and out through the mouth,
Activating relaxation in the nervous system,
Relaxation in the mind,
Openness in the breath,
Freedom in the heart.
Inviting in any and all beneficial forces of nature and spirit to help you,
Guide you,
And heal you through this meditation,
Through this gentle relaxation,
Through this easy focus and calm serenity.
For the next short time,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do,
Only here,
Only now.
Breathe in deep,
Breathe out long,
Noticing in this moment the pulsation of life breathe through me.
I am alive and all is well.
Now begin to bring your focus down into the area between your pelvis and your navel,
The soft lower belly.
Begin to invite your breath to flow into your lower belly,
Lower back,
And hips.
And as you do so,
Allow the lower back to gently sway and rock and open,
Noticing the fluidity of energy in this area of your body and the softness of the lower belly.
Imagine that there is a gentle flow of rushing water moving through the lower belly,
Gently swirling,
Spiraling like a natural whirlpool in nature.
This gentle energy flows and lubricates the joints in your hips,
The joints of the lower back,
And begins to flow up gently through your spine,
Flowing all along the spinal column,
Through every vertebra,
Lubricating,
Opening,
And relaxing the entire spine,
Opening and healing.
As this smooth rush of fresh golden liquid rises through the spine,
Breathing naturally,
Invite this golden energy to rise all the way through the neck,
Through the crown of your head,
And gently flowing back down along a golden sphere which surrounds your body,
A golden aura of liquid energy,
Pouring down smoothly all around you.
And as it reaches the bottom of this sphere,
It flows back up through the center of your spine,
Rising all the way through your heart,
Up through your neck,
The top of your head,
And circulating it around the golden sphere surrounding your body,
In a continuous flow of love.
You are that love.
You are that freedom.
As you continue to breathe,
Notice that there is no barrier between your life and the life around you.
Notice that there is only life,
Only this pulsation,
Only your conscious awareness.
Open now.
Recognize yourself as this moment.
Recognize yourself as this graceful moment.
Releasing the stories of yesterday and tomorrow allows this now to open as infinite possibility and potentiality for creation,
Transformation,
Manifestation.
Rejoin the flow of your fluid life.
Rejoin the flow that has never ceased.
Be peace.
One life,
One self,
Freely flowing as all this now.
Now drop the breath even deeper so that this golden liquid light whirlpooling in the lower belly flows down,
Extends deep,
Deeper into Mother Earth.
The creative life force of your own being,
Of your individuality,
Merges with Mother Earth as you recognize your oneness with nature,
One life,
Flowing now.
Continuing to breathe deeply into that connection,
You are an expression of the divinity of Mother Earth.
All of the natural forces of nature begin to balance and harmonize in your body,
In your consciousness.
All of the chemical reactions and cellular processes in the body harmonize,
Align naturally with the rhythms of nature.
Your hormonal system,
Your endocrine system,
Finds balance in the pulsation of nature.
The lymphatic system,
The circulatory system,
The spinal system,
Fluidly,
Naturally,
Easily finds balance,
Expresses equilibrium and creative flow with all of the forces of your body,
Your mind,
Your consciousness.
Experience optimal balance through your whole body as the breath flows naturally and the golden liquid flows up the spine through the crown of your head,
Rising as it connects even further through the upper atmosphere,
To the sky,
To the self beyond your individuality,
The self of all,
The heart of creation.
Continue to breathe now deeply and feel that expansion through your entire being,
Allowing yourself to experience fully the unity of your being,
The serenity of the one soul,
The creativity of entirety,
Of full unbounded connectivity as all and to all that you are now.
Very easily,
Very slowly,
Begin to feel the breath flowing and pulsating through your body,
Through the heart,
Remaining open and allowing a little more of your attention to return to the physical body,
To the lower belly,
Gently expanding and relaxing with each breath,
Softening through the spine,
Allowing the energy of the breath to move and sway the spine,
To rock and rotate the hips,
To relax the shoulders and the neck,
Invite the breath to move through the ribcage,
Through the chest and throat,
So that even your face is relaxed and open.
Allow yourself also now to become aware of the temperature of the room,
Sensation of the clothes on your skin,
Sensation of being here now,
And gently moving your toes and your fingers,
Inviting the circulation through your body,
Continuing to recognize the flow of life,
Connected,
Whole,
Integrated,
Free.
I am this freedom.
I am this moment.
I am this here now and no thing else.
