Settle into a peaceful space where you can comfortably sit or lie down.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing all the stress and tension from your body.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to relax more deeply,

Feeling a sense of calm washing over you.

Visualize a warm healing light beginning at your feet.

Feel it soothing warm as it slowly moves up,

Enveloping your ankles and calves.

Notice how this light eases any tension,

Leaving a sense of deep relaxation in its wake.

As it progresses up your knees and thighs,

Feel your muscles loosening,

Becoming soft and relaxed.

This comforting light continues its journey upward,

Encircling your hips and lower back.

Feel it unwinding any knots of tension,

Soothing your muscles into a state of complete relaxation.

As it wraps around your abdomen and chest,

Let it dissolve any anxiety or tightness,

Replacing it with a deep sense of peace.

Allow the light to move through your arms,

From your shoulders down to your fingertips.

Feeling each muscle release and relax.

As it reaches your neck and head,

Feel all the tension melting away from your face,

Your jaw,

Your scalp,

Leaving your entire body in a state of blissful relaxation.

Now we'll deepen your relaxation with a detailed yoga nidra body scan.

Focus on the top of your head.

Sense any sensations here,

Like a gentle pressure warmth,

And allow them to dissipate.

Slowly move your awareness to your forehead,

Feeling it smooth and relax.

Pay attention to your eyes,

Feeling them soften and sink into their sockets.

Notice your cheeks,

Your nose and your lips.

Let go of any tension as you focus on each part.

Feel your jaw unclench and relax completely.

Continue this journey down your body.

Let your neck and throat release any tightness.

Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath,

Let this calming sensation flow through your abdomen,

Relaxing your internal organs.

Finally,

Let this wave of relaxation travel down your legs.

Feel it moving through your thighs,

Your knees and your calves,

Right down to your feet and toes.

Your body is now deeply relaxed,

Yet fully awake and aware.

Imagine a grand spiraling staircase in front of you,

Descending into a sanctuary of peace.

Begin to step down slowly.

With each step,

Feel yourself going deeper into a state of profound relaxation.

The staircase is safe and inviting,

Drawing you gently downward.

As you descend,

Notice the sensation of each step beneath your feet,

How each step brings a greater sense of peace and detachment from the waking world.

Feel the air around you becoming more serene with each level you descend.

Reaching the bottom of the staircase,

You find yourself in a state of complete tranquility,

Your mind open and receptive to the journey ahead.

In this deeply relaxed state,

Become aware of a comforting presence.

It's your spiritual guide.

This guide may appear to you in any form that resonates with your soul.

Feel their energy as a guiding light,

Full of wisdom and protection.

Communicate your intentions for this meditation to your guide.

Your guide understands and supports your quest for insight and healing.

Feel a bond of trust and support forming between you and your guide.

Step into a luminous portal that leads to your past lives.
