Welcome.
Begin by closing your eyes now.
Let your body settle into the earth beneath you.
Everything that needs doing can wait.
Inhale through the nose now.
Feel the breath rising like starlight up your spine,
And then exhale softly,
And let gravity reclaim what isn't needed.
Each thought begins to slow,
And each thought loosens its grip.
Now imagine the space above your head expanding,
Vast and endless.
You're beneath the night sky,
The real sky,
Ancient and unblinking and infinite,
And you begin to breathe as stars breathe,
A rhythm older than memory.
And on the inhale,
Light pours into you,
Soft,
Golden and electric,
And on the exhale,
The same light flows back out into the universe,
A shimmering exchange between soul and starlight.
You're no longer simply breathing air,
You're inhaling galaxies and exhaling creation.
Every atom inside you,
Once born inside a star,
And every cell,
A constellation waiting to be remembered.
You're breathing yourself home,
And a single star begins to brighten above you.
Its light travels across millennia,
Yet arrives here.
You feel it land gently at the center of your chest,
And it expands,
A warm pulse radiating through your ribs,
Your hands,
And your entire body.
And it whispers,
You're not small,
You are not separate,
You are made of what made the universe.
So let the breath deepen now.
Inhale and draw in eternity,
And then exhale,
Return it as love.
And you're not searching anymore,
You're actually remembering.
And now feel the breath in your body again,
Real,
Grounded,
And alive.
The stars are still inside you,
Still shimmering in your cells,
And now you carry them wherever you go.
So take one last slow breath,
And as you exhale,
Let the starlight soften into quiet gratitude.
You've remembered who you are,
And you've remembered what you are.
Light in motion,
Breathing itself awake.
Good work today,
Namaste.
