Hello my love,
Today we will journey into the depths of our sacred heart.
We will enliven and call forward the inner masculine and inner feminine energy.
We will explore divine union between these two energies within.
So when you are ready,
Closing down your eyes,
Connecting in with your breath and taking a few moments to allow this breath to enter your body.
For this breath to create stillness.
To support your nervous system,
To relax.
And to begin to drop deeper into yourself.
And it's from this space inside of you,
We will now begin to ground your energetic body.
Imagining a bright light now,
Entering your crown chakra and slowly melting down your entire body.
Through your third eye,
Your face and your jaw.
And as this light hits each part of your physical body,
Feeling and allowing the softness.
Letting go of any tension.
And as this light travels further down,
Past your throat,
Your shoulders,
Your heart,
Your ribs,
Your solar plexus,
Your womb,
And now your root.
Feeling this light travel down your legs,
Melting softly and slowly.
Anchoring this light all the way down to your toes.
And when this light hits the earth,
It begins to travel down through the layers.
Staying with the star chakra within the earth,
Connecting you to protection,
Connecting you to ancient wisdom,
Your guides and angels.
Connecting you and anchoring you here.
And it's from this place now of stillness and anchoring and groundedness that we call all of that energy up through the earth and back into your being.
Bringing our awareness now to the heart,
To the exterior of your beautiful heart,
The organ that beats inside your chest,
That pumps the life force energy through your veins,
That takes your blood to each organ.
And as we observe the heart space from the outside,
Just witnessing and observing this inside yourself.
You now notice that there is a door,
A door that leads you into your sacred heart.
You open the door and make your way in.
And as you enter the chamber of your heart,
You take a look around and you observe this space.
And as you invite these energies in,
You begin to feel called to take a seat,
Surrounding yourself with things of comfort.
As you sit in the center of your heart space,
As you sit,
You begin to notice your eternal flame,
A flame,
A fire.
And as this flame begins to ignite in the center of your heart space,
You witness and observe this flame as it flickers and burns brighter and more luminous.
You begin to feel the heat of this fire and you call this heat and warmth into your life.
As you observe this fire,
You now feel like it's time to begin to invite any energies that are present here today,
Calling forth the divine feminine energy within calling her forward into visibility and into this space to your left.
As you call forth this energy,
You notice it begins to appear.
You may notice it as color or light,
Just noticing and witnessing how this energy comes forth,
Calling forth the energy of the divine feminine and calling it into physical form.
And before you,
You see this version of yourself,
Your energy,
Your feminine essence,
Seeing how this energy moves,
How she flickers like the fire,
Moving in her sensual feminine ways.
See how she moves her hips,
Dancing to the beat of her own drum,
Fully embodied and sovereign,
The goddess within.
And as she moves and finds her flow,
Your attention now moves to the right side of the room where you begin to invite the energy of your inner masculine,
Calling forth this energy into your sacred space now and allowing the energy of your divine masculine to emerge,
Noticing how this energy comes through,
Whether it be light vibration,
Feeling,
Sensing,
Feeling,
Seeing,
And seeing him emerge in this sacred space,
His appearance,
His presence,
Feeling into what he holds and allowing this energy to come into fullness and for him to fully reveal himself as he becomes fully visible now sensing and noticing things about him.
Maybe it's his strength that you observe his kind nature,
His softness,
Really feeling into this energy of your inner masculine,
Noticing now how he moves as he notices her,
As he comes into full fruition,
You begin to notice how these two energies become magnetized.
They begin to draw closer in witness of each other,
Observing,
Noticing,
Seeing how he watches her move and how she observes him to be and how they begin to move closer to each other,
Feeling this connectedness between them,
Watching them as they merge and dance,
Coming closer into connection and looking at the way that he sees her,
How he fully sees her with intrigue and curiosity.
His devotion to her becomes clear as he watches her in her element,
Allowing her full expression to move through.
He witnesses in awe and these two energies begin to dance and move and weave together around the fire,
Seeing how this divine union moves with freedom and flow,
Witnessing how spacious,
How calm,
How nourishing this union is when these two energies are working together side by side,
Amplifying each other,
Holding space for each other,
Taking a moment to witness this divine union,
To feel what it is like to have these two balanced energies in the same space and as the masculine and feminine complete this divine dance,
They both begin to fade.
They have come to show you all that needs to be seen here today and their role in this space in this moment is now complete.
As these energies fade away,
You still feel the essence of their love,
The admiration and their illumination of each other in this space,
Breathing in this energy into your being and allowing it to permeate,
To nourish and to ignite.
As you breathe this energy in now,
Feeling the completion of this journey today,
Slowly beginning to bring your awareness back into the physical space,
Inviting the breath to re-enliven and to awake,
Placing your hands now on your heart and calling all of your energy back into presence,
Inviting gentle movement in your fingers and toes.
So you fully arrive here,
Back in this physical space with my voice and with yourself,
Knowing that you can revisit this space inside your sacred heart whenever you want to receive the nourishment and the remembrance of the divine union within.
