Weston, I love your comment about remaining in the present no matter how difficult instead of trying to avoid it by thinking of past memories. I also loved the music 🎶 which most definitely helped me to remain in the present. Interestingly, this piece two is turned to a certain vibration.(?), but it doesn’t bother me the way the previous selection did. Perhaps you can explain the difference?
