Good morning.

Welcome to your three-minute morning meditation.

In this time,

Allow yourself to detox from your prior night and welcome in a brand new day.

Let's start with some deeper breaths.

Breathe in the air of today.

Breathe out the night's events.

Breathe in the air of today.

Breathe out the night's thoughts.

Breathe in the air of today.

Breathe out the night's trees.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

In your next breath,

Allow the air to swirl through your brain,

Swirl through your body,

Cleansing you of any old energies.

If you can,

Reach your arms above your head towards the sky.

Imagine grabbing hold of the sun and bringing it down to your body.

Place one hand on your heart and the other above your navel.

Allow the radiant energy of the sun to light through the core of your body.

Shine this light throughout your day.
