With an elegant spine and your hands resting on your lap in a palms-up position,
Gently close your eyes down.
Set your intention for this meditation.
What do you want to walk away with?
Let's begin to deepen the breath in and out through the nose.
Inhale to about 70% of your lung capacity.
Breathe comfortably,
Honoring any pauses at the top or bottom of the breath and recognize that each breath is like an ocean wave.
There are no two alike.
Setting that to-do list aside and anything that doesn't serve you right now,
Let's take a moment to go back to a recent scenario in your mind when you laughed out loud.
Imagine it's a real and I want you to replay this in your mind a few times.
Now place your left hand on your heart,
Right hand over the top and let's play that image a few more times.
Imagine you're feeling it from your heart.
What do you feel?
What expression is on your face right now?
If there's a smile on your face,
Leave that smile there and let's just breathe into this moment,
This space.
Breathing into this present moment and really soaking in the energy,
Soaking in the positive energy of that memory.
How does your body feel when you remember this memory?
See if you can make your smile a little bit bigger.
