Happiest day meditation.

Have a seat on a chair or a cushion and prepare to meditate.

Begin to deepen your breath.

Your eyes gently closed down.

Bring your awareness into your heart with a gentle smile on your face.

Settling into your space.

Settling into the cushion or chair you're sitting on.

We're going back to a time in your memory bank and without thinking too hard I want you to really feel this moment.

I want you to go back to when you were completely content and happy.

Total bliss.

I want you to just step into that scene and allow it to play out a few times.

Hear the sounds.

See with your eyes the landscape.

Feel what's beneath you.

Feel the surfaces you're sitting on,

Standing on,

Touching.

Smell the aroma.

Notice any familiar faces around you.

Notice your state of being.

How do you feel joyful,

Blissful?

Are you laughing?

Are you receiving a hug?

Have you achieved something you're proud of?

Whatever it is,

Just really get into it.

This is your happiest day.

Now let's thank this memory that brought you so much joy.

I want you to remember this feeling,

This energy.

Remembering this scenario so that any time in the present moment you want to feel this way or tap into that energy,

You can use that memory.

Just take a couple of deep cleansing breaths.

Let's thank this memory and your past self for this moment.

Now ask yourself,

How can I remember this?

What's one thing you can do to remember in times when you're suffering and in discomfort that can shift your perspective,

Elevate your consciousness?

Now acknowledge yourself for this ability to have a tool in your toolbox so that you can choose.

You can choose comfort over discomfort.

You can choose bliss and joy.

Now just take a moment to breathe it in,

To integrate it and weave it into your mind-body system like a beautiful safety net.

We can always choose peace.

Peace is always available to us.

We just have to remember to choose.

Now bring your hands in prayer pose.

Namaste.
