Tabitha Childers, NP-C, is an Atlanta-based integrative nurse practitioner and meditation guide devoted to helping people build the inner capacity to heal, regulate, and come home to themselves. She has worked in healthcare since 2003, with more than two decades of experience in emergency medicine, trauma, patient advocacy, ketamine-assisted therapies, and integrative medicine. For more than 12 years, Tabitha has focused on mind-body medicine, integrating meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, guided imagery, hypnosis, NLP, Time Line Therapy™, yoga, and sound therapy. Her approach is warm, grounded, and deeply personalized, blending clinical insight with respect for the intelligence of the body, the plasticity of the brain, and the human capacity to change. Her meditations are for people who want more than surface-level relief, especially those navigating stress, overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, sleep struggles, emotional fatigue, or life transitions. Through Insight Timer, she shares practices that support calm, clarity, resilience, better sleep, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
