Hello,
Beautiful soul,
And welcome.
I would like for you to find a comfortable position.
Whether you're sitting or lying down.
Let your body settle right into this space.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out slowly through your mouth.
Again,
Breathe in.
And release.
One more time.
Breathe in peace.
And breathe out everything you've been carrying that's not yours to hold.
As you continue breathing naturally,
I want you to bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the surface beneath you.
The chair,
The bed,
The floor.
Notice how it's supporting you.
You are held and you are safe.
Now I want you to bring your attention to your heart center.
Place your hand there if it feels good.
This is your inner sanctuary.
This is where your truth lives.
And today,
We're going to remember that truth.
I want you to imagine for a moment.
That you're standing at the edge of a beautiful still lake.
The water is calm.
Almost like glass.
The air is warm.
The sun is beginning to set,
Painting the sky in soft,
Beautiful colors.
As you stand here,
I want you to ask yourself a question.
And don't rush to answer it.
Just let the question settle into your heart.
Who were you before the world told you who to be?
Breathe and listen.
I want you to think back to the version of you who existed before the expectations,
Before the conditioning,
Before the should-bes and the have-tos.
Maybe you see her as a little girl full of wonder and freedom.
Maybe you see her as the young woman who believed anything was possible.
Or maybe you see her as the part of you that still exists right now beneath everything that you've layered on top.
She's there.
She's always been there.
What did she love?
What lit her up.
What made her feel alive?
I want you to take a moment to remember her.
Now,
I want you to hear this truth.
You are not broken.
Say it with me in your mind.
I am not broken.
You are not lost.
Say it.
I am not lost.
You are not too late.
Say it with me.
I am not too late.
You are exactly where you need to be.
And that version of you,
The one who's been waiting beneath the surface,
She's ready to rise.
Now,
Bring your awareness back to your heart.
I want you to imagine that with each exhale you're releasing something you've been holding onto that no longer serves you.
Maybe it's a belief.
Maybe it's a fear.
Maybe it's someone else's voice telling you you're not enough.
Breathe it out.
With each exhale,
You're making space.
You are clearing the way for the woman you're becoming.
And now,
With each inhale,
I want you to breathe in your truth.
Breathe in your power.
Breathe in your worth.
Breathe in the knowing that you are seen,
You are valued,
You are enough exactly as you are.
I want you to feel that energy filling your chest,
Your lungs,
And your entire body.
This is your reclamation.
This is you saying yes to yourself.
You are awakening.
Not to something new,
But to something that's always been true.
You are remembering who you are beneath the noise,
Beneath the doubt,
And beneath the dimming.
And here's what I want you to know.
The world needs your voice,
Your story,
And your light.
Not a polished version.
Not a filtered version.
The real you.
The messy,
Powerful,
And unapologetic you.
She is ready to be seen.
I would like to ask you to place your hand on your heart again.
And repeat these words with me either out loud or in your mind.
I am ready to be seen.
I am ready to rise.
I release what no longer serves me.
I reclaim all of me.
My voice matters.
My story matters.
I am enough.
Good.
Feel that truth settling into your bones.
When you're ready,
Take one more deep breath in.
And let it out slowly.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the space around you.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when it feels right,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome back beautiful soul.
You just took a sacred step toward remembering who you are.
Carry this truth with you today and every day going forward.
You are awakening.
You are rising.
And you are becoming,
And the world is waiting for you.
Namaste.
