My name is Brad.
I will be your guide for this meditation today.
I would like to ask that you take a comfortable position,
Whether that be seated or lying down,
It's up to you.
Whatever feels most comfortable for you.
And I would ask that you please close your eyes and take a slow,
Deep breath in,
Letting it fill you with warmth and relaxation as you hold for a moment and release,
Allowing for any tension in your body to just melt away,
Bringing a calm focus to this moment.
As you settle,
Take in the strength within you.
With each breath,
You tap into a deeper well of confidence and self-love that resides at your core.
Let yourself feel the subtle yet powerful energy there,
A steady presence that is continually and always available to you.
Now,
I would like for us to affirm together.
You can do this out loud or quietly in your mind.
I am worthy of my own love,
Care,
And compassion.
I embrace myself fully with kindness and acceptance.
Every part of me is valuable and deserving of respect.
Confidence flows from my authenticity and I am unshakable.
I trust myself to make choices that will honor my personal growth.
I release any self-doubt that I have within and welcome a deep appreciation for who I am.
Every day,
I step into my power more freely with joy and confidence.
Allow for these affirmations to settle in,
Imagining them in your mind's eye as seeds that have been planted deep within your mind and within your heart,
Blossoming with each breath that you take.

Take a deep breath in and allow yourself to feel these words resonating within you.
