As if you're breathing through the heart.

Maybe you feel tingling.
Maybe there's something that's unpleasant.
Maybe you feel the flow of your breath.
Just allow all of it.
Embrace it as your living,
Unique experience in this moment.
And your heart is opening even more.
And maybe you notice that in this very moment there's nothing that you have to do in order to survive.
Which means there's nothing you have to do.
You can simply be here and experience what is.

And when you open your eyes,
Whatever your eyes are falling upon,
They receive the love through your gaze.
And they enjoy it.
And then they shine back to you,
Their appreciation.

Where do you feel it?

And whatever you hear rejoices that you receive their unique sound.
And when you move your hands in the air,
Wind is singing with joy that you are here playing.
And when your feet walk on the ground,
