Namaste This meditation is for the element of air in your body It's a very simple meditation It can help you to feel more gratitude in your life Sit comfortably with a straight back The exercise is to completely fill your lungs without making any effort I invite you to place your hands for a moment on both sides of your ribcage This will help you feel when your lungs are really filled up everywhere You take a deep breath in through your nose And a deep breath out through your mouth And you let the air come into your ribcage and fill it up fully without any effort Take a deep breath in and then you slowly just breath out again And this you just continue doing for about 8-9 minutes No effort And you feel the chest just opening a bit more every time With every breath you breath in You visualize something that you are grateful for And you put it in your heart And when you breath out you breath it into that person or this life Or the mother or your daughter or son And you fill that person or this thing with all your love And after a while it becomes a cycle Breathing in and out as an infinite symbol Where you feel the chest opening to the maximum without pushing Or without any pain and you breath completely out While thankfulness is filling your body And your heart will open more and more Breathing in and out as an infinite symbol Breathing in and out as an infinite symbol Breathing in and out as an infinite symbol Breathing in and out as an infinite symbol Breathing in and out as an infinite symbol Every time you breath you can take in more air without effort Breathing in and out as an infinite symbol This air is a gift for you And you don't need to do anything to deserve it It's all given to you Now you can slowly let go of this breathing exercise And return to your own natural breathing rhythm Just watch what's happening in your body And see if you are breathing differently from when you started May you find peace May the air energize you to a beautiful wonderful day May the air energize you to a beautiful wonderful day Thank you for watching!
