Connecting With The Soul Of Your Purpose

This is a gentle guided meditation to help you connect with the energy, the essence of your life's Purpose.

This journey does not necessarily help you identify ONE aligned career path, but rather connects you with the frequency of your Purpose.

It allows you to experience what living on Purpose with a Purpose feels like in your body and reminds you that it's our birthright to love what we do for work and get paid abundantly for it.

Unlike conventional career guidance, this meditation opens the door to something deeper—a resonance with your essential nature that transcends specific job titles or roles.

I'd like to invite you on a little journey into the land of dreams and intuition.

Here we're leaving behind your thinking,

Conscious,

Sometimes heavy mind and we're diving into the subconscious soulful waters,

Where everything and anything is possible.

Where things just happen,

Where we don't need to know all of the details,

The how,

The when,

The how long,

None of that matters.

We're here to connect with the soul,

With the essence of your aligned career.

Now all you have to do is sit back,

Relax,

Breathe and follow my voice as I guide you through an adventure for the soul where you will reconnect with yourself and the vast infinite universe that emanates from you,

To you and fully surrounds you.

You've done so well for being here,

You're amazing.

Now close your eyes if you haven't done that yet and take a deep cleansing breath as you're relaxing into your body,

Relaxing in the space that you are in,

Relaxing into the surface you are sitting or laying on.

Feel your body connecting with that surface.

Notice as you relax into this moment.

Take another nice deep breath,

Breathing in through your nose,

Into your belly,

All the way down into your pelvis as far as the breath will go and once you get to a point where you can't go any further,

Release that breath with a nice big ahhhhhh,

Let's do that again.

Big deep breath in as far as it will go,

Expanding that lower belly and then release the breath with a big nice release,

Ahhhhhh.

Now every time you breathe in,

Imagine that you are inhaling pure Source healing light.

This light is rejuvenating,

It's cleansing,

It's energizing your energetic,

Mental,

Emotional and your physical bodies.

It's cleansing your whole system.

And whenever you exhale,

Imagine that you are releasing any blocked energy that has been slowing you down and keeping you stuck,

Keeping you disconnected.

Release it all.

It's safe to release all of that heavy energy that does not serve you anymore.

Breathe in light,

Healing,

Breathe in expansion,

Clarity,

Awareness,

Breathe in abundance and breathe out denseness,

Pain,

Suffering,

Stuckness.

Let it all go.

Feel yourself rebalancing,

Reconnecting,

Re-establishing a sacred relationship with your true self who's always been there communicating to you,

Loving on you,

Reminding you of your true north.

Now I'd like you to shift your focus to the top of your head,

Connecting with your crown chakra.

Notice there is a ball of white golden light appear above you.

It's shiny,

It's sparkly,

It's clean,

It's potent.

This light represents Source,

It represents God.

It is so deeply nourishing.

Now notice how this sparkly light descends down into your crown chakra.

Down through your forehead,

Your face,

Your throat chakra,

Down your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Erasing all that feels stuck,

Blocked and removing all that doesn't serve you,

That doesn't serve your future expansion anymore.

Now see this light go down your belly,

Hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Ankles and your feet.

Each sparkle of this light cleanses every single molecule of your body.

All is transmuted,

All is transformed in contact with this divine light.

Now notice how this light passes through your feet and it continues to descend down into the center,

The core,

The heart of Mother Gaia,

Grounding you,

Protecting you,

Balancing you,

Replenishing you as you connect to the renewing energetic grids of Mother Earth.

Notice how you feel lighter,

Calmer,

More balanced,

More connected,

More connected,

Cleansed.

Now that you feel cleansed and feel more attuned and open,

I'd like to invite you to reconnect with who you truly are at your core.

This is an adventure you will be on for the rest of your life,

Constantly learning more and more about your expansive,

Ever-changing nature,

Your infinite potential and the ever-growing possibilities that you have access to.

The you that you think you are isn't even the real you,

It's a small you,

The identity you have consciously and unconsciously created.

The real you is vast,

Much bigger,

So much more powerful than that.

You're an expression of source,

A point of consciousness.

The vast universe is a single manifestation in one human form that you chose to reincarnate in at this time.

What this means is that you are here for reasons you might not be aware of yet,

And a mission that is being uncovered in front of you in this process,

As you walk this path of self-discovery and connecting the dots.

You're such a special human being that sometimes forgets how much power you have within yourself.

The chances of you incarnating into this physical expression that you are today has been proven by science to be 1 in 400 trillion.

And you chose to be you.

You're such a rarity in the universe's favorite manifestation.

You also chose to express a specific dharma,

A calling.

You chose a vocation,

A direction in your career that might be ever so slightly evolving and shifting as you travel through life.

Your purpose,

Your life's theme is like that happy river,

A little stream,

Twisting and turning and spinning.

Streaming through little creeks and valleys and woods,

Always,

Always finding its way back to the ocean,

Which is the purpose.

Imagine you have chosen now to jump into this river of a life and career that will be taking you places,

If you surrender,

And allow it to surprise you.

If you relax into it,

It can show you and teach you ways in which you might have never even imagined that you could live and work.

We don't even need to know right now in this moment what specifically you will be called yet,

What new identity you'll be trying on,

What title you'll have.

We can connect to this stream of your purpose and feel now in this moment today what it feels like to be living a life where you can show up as you,

All of you,

With all of your gifts,

Character traits,

Your experiences,

Where you get to turn your life experience,

Your interest,

Your passion,

Your intuition into your life's work and where you get to be paid for just that,

Being and expressing yourself.

The work will not feel burdensome anymore,

It is light,

It's inviting,

It's endlessly fascinating,

It's sparkly,

It shines,

It laughs,

And it keeps on inviting you to play with it,

Create in it,

Create with it.

Work that deeply inspires you,

That does not deplete you,

On the contrary,

Is fueling you,

It allows you to grow,

To evolve,

To transmute your pain,

Your blocks,

Your self-imposed limitations.

Do you feel it?

It's your soul's work,

Your aligned path,

It's full of magic and it's right here so close to you,

Waiting to be embraced by you.

You don't even need to know exactly what it is and how you'll get there,

You just need to know that it is.

And it's waiting for you.

And there is no rush.

This is the type of work that you will not be able to stop yourself from doing,

Excited to wake up to.

The type of work that will feel so deeply meaningful and fulfilling to you.

Work that just makes sense.

The work where you get compensated so abundantly,

You sometimes need to pinch yourself whether it really is your reality.

It is.

You are experiencing what it's like to do aligned work.

Work which invites aligned co-workers and soulmate clients.

Vocation that truly allows you to not only step into your power as a creator but allows you to change old patterns,

Running in your body,

Probably running through generations in your family.

You get to set an example for future generations to come.

All of this because you showed up,

Courageously,

And decided to be wild,

Crazy enough to create a life and career that feels like home.

That's right,

Notice how good it feels.

And even if your mind wants to question or comment,

You can sense how your body is showing you yes.

It feels light,

Expansive,

It's fun,

It's creative,

It feels right.

Because it is your birthright to be working according to your blueprint,

Sharing the unique gifts,

Your unique medicine with the world that only you can offer.

1 in 400 trillion.

That's you.

And the whole world,

The universe,

Your guides,

Your angels,

Your ancestors are in awe of you,

Rooting for you,

Sending you their strength,

Their love and their support.

You're becoming an example of what it's like to lead an aligned life by design.

Feel the power that you have.

Feel your potential.

You can be,

Do and have anything you want in your life.

You are the creator.

There's so much good and alignment that is on its way to you,

That you're manifesting into form right now.

You're doing so well.

Take a moment before we finish here to feel what it feels like to be true powerful aligned you.

Tapped in,

Tuned in,

Knowing that you're worthy beyond measure of receiving everything you could ever want in life and in your career.

Just feel into whatever sensations you feel,

Receive whatever messages you're meant to receive or just simply take this time to integrate this meditation before I gently guide you back.

Now that you've received a cleansing,

Integrated this meditation and received whatever you were meant to receive in this session,

Thank yourself.

Give yourself a big hug for taking the time to journey.

Remember who you are and connect to the soul of the new career that you're calling in.

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,

Release all that is not serving you anymore.

That's right,

You can let it go.

Go ahead and slowly bring yourself back to your body,

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes,

Taking a nice big deep stretch,

Gently bringing yourself back into the room.

And once you feel like you're back in your body,

Back in this room,

Go ahead and open up your eyes.

Feel free to stay here in this comfortable position for as long as you need to and remember to bring whatever you felt today in this meditation into your daily life.

Try to stay in that feeling more.
