Thank you for this guided return to atma vichara. When I started this meditation an hour ago, I couldn’t catch a deep breath and found it hard to settle in physically. By halfway through, I noticed I was breathing deep and slow, and my body was at rest deeply and comfortably. It’s enough to say silently to myself “atma vichara” to rediscover the peace it brings. Thanks.

This meditation show you clearly that meditation isn’t something you do, meditation is who you are.

I wonder. Am I the only one who noticed the vibration sounds as if there is a cup on a table where you recorded this? I am aware. Who is the I that was listening to the cup?

I was walking while listening to this meditation. I was able to listen to the sounds better and visualize better. I still don’t have the endurance to sit and meditate… I am aware. But I go to Ramana and ask who is aware? Thank you

Thorough and well-composed inquiry practice. “Are you aware?” 🫵 🙏
