Welcome beautiful soul.

Today I invite you to take a moment just for you with this reset energy activation.

So make yourself comfortable now and give yourself permission to just for the next 10 minutes or so be here now to gently reset your energy,

To come home to your breath,

Your body and your inner truth.

You have been giving so much of yourself to the world and now it is time to allow yourself to receive.

As we move through this activation I will be asking your permission to connect with your superconscious.

So before we get started I ask you to give me this permission by saying yes now either quietly in your mind or out loud to allow yourself to access the full benefit of this activation and allow this process to work deeply for you.

And now let us begin with your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it here for a moment and then slowly exhale through your mouth.

Again breathing in through your nose and all the way into your body,

Hold it here for a moment and as you breathe out release any tension you have been carrying and with each breath allow your body to soften and relax more deeply.

Let your hips sink,

Your shoulders drop,

Breathing in,

Hold and breathing out as you release any remaining tightness in your neck and jaw.

Softening your face,

Breathing in and hold for a moment and breathing out.

Your mind and body are now feeling more and more relaxed with every breath you take and as you let go of anything that you no longer need for today.

Letting go of your day and any lingering thoughts and breathing yourself into full presence in this moment.

Being present to your breathing,

Breathe in again,

Hold and release.

Let your breath carry you inward and now relax deeper and start to return your breath to its natural rhythm that feels right for you to do so.

There is nothing you need to do right now and nowhere else for you to be right now other than right here,

Just here with your breath and with yourself.

So allowing yourself to breathe in and out your natural rhythm.

Now imagine a soft golden white light before you.

The light emanating from it is warm,

Radiant,

Soothing and loving.

Feel yourself being pulled towards and into this light and as you step into this light feel it cascading over and through your entire body,

Washing away any remaining noise and thoughts of your day.

Seeking out and soothing any places where you may still be holding tension.

Gently cleansing,

Clearing and releasing it and filling your body with this beautiful soothing golden white light.

This light clears your energy field and gives your body and nervous system permission to soften.

Imagine this light pouring down through your crown chakra,

Down your spine,

Into and through your heart.

From your heart breathe it down through your belly,

Your lower abdomen,

Down through your legs and feet,

All the way down into the earth's core,

Into the heart of mother earth.

Now breathe it back up from the center of the earth,

Flowing through your feet,

Rising through your body and out the crown of your head and into the center of the universe.

Just breathe here for a moment and allow this flow of light and energy to move through you,

From the center of the universe down to the center of earth and back up again.

With each breath you are recalibrating,

You are safe,

You are held,

You are whole.

Let that truth settle into every cell of your being and now while you remain in this receptive and relaxed state,

I will begin working with your superconscious.

There's nothing for you to do here other than just keep focusing on your breathing and breathing this beautiful healing and soothing light through your body.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Relaxing even more deeply.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Superconscious,

Are you there?

Yes.

Superconscious,

Please treat any and all resistance at the core,

Including the original thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions and beliefs around feeling safe to relax,

Just being and breathing freely in and with life.

And now as this resistance clears,

Know this as your new state of being.

I am allowed to feel safe,

It is safe for me to be still.

I breathe with life and life flows gently and easily with me.

Superconscious,

Please create a perfect treatment plan for the nervous system to calibrate with being able to receive more abundance,

Peace,

Love,

Harmony,

Bliss and peacefulness in your life.

You now calibrate to a new frequency,

One of softness,

Trust and spaciousness and you affirm this as your new state of being.

My body is wired for peace,

I open to receive love and harmony with ease.

This is my new set point.

Superconscious,

Please treat the concept of giving yourself permission to rest,

Relax and recover.

To know that rest is not being idle or lazy and in fact rest forms a part of a healthy and balanced day for restoration,

Recovery and re-energizing.

Rest is now reframed in your mind and body as nourishment and a sacred act of self-care and a gateway for receiving.

Know and affirm this as your new state of being.

I give myself permission to pause.

I know that rest is also productive and powerful.

I feel revitalized by every moment I allow myself to receive.

Superconscious,

Please create a perfect treatment plan for perceived restrictions of having time to take a break.

Knowing that a break does not need to be earned or deserved,

However taking a break is part of self-care,

Self-respect and honoring your own needs.

Any and all old programs of guilt and striving are now fully dissolved and you know and affirm this as your new state of being.

I no longer wait for permission to take care of myself.

I honor my time,

My needs and my natural rhythm.

I'm worthy of ease and receiving.

Superconscious,

Please identify and treat any remaining resistance,

Outdated patterns or energetic programs that are not supportive of reconnecting with the self,

Receiving care and support.

You now open a clear space within you and you know and affirm this as your new way of being.

I remember who I truly am.

I feel my truth,

My power and my light.

I feel reconnected,

Restored and renewed.

Superconscious,

Please ground and anchor this renewed identity and recognition of self into the physical lived experience in the most beautiful,

Harmonious,

Easeful and joyous way.

This is now your new reality.

Know and affirm this as your new way of being.

I live from my center.

I trust my body.

I trust my timing.

I live as a person who honors their own divine rhythm and truth.

Now,

I want you to just keep breathing and allow yourself to keep feeling that soothing and nourishing energy from that beautiful white light as you do so.

And of each breath,

Know you are continuing to give yourself permission to be more of yourself again.

To tap into your divine truth,

To see and feel more like the person that you want to become.

The you that is aligned and in flow with divine and universal source energy.

The you that feels nourished and supported by life.

Taking a few more breaths here.

Still breathing in that golden white light for your body.

Thank yourself for that given time to honor,

Nurture and reconnect with truth of who you are.

Divine being of light.

And gently affirming to yourself,

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am centered.

I am nourished.

And I am receiving.

And if you haven't done so yet,

Allow your breathing to return to its natural flow as you peacefully and quietly drift off to a peaceful night's sleep.

Knowing that when you wake up in the morning you will feel well rested,

Invigorated and ready to start your day with a new lease on life.

And if you are not ready to sleep right now and you prefer to carry on with your day,

Gently start coming back to your present day awareness by slowly starting to wriggle your fingers and toes.

Perhaps you may even want to have a big stretch as you become aware of a chair or bed beneath you.

Becoming aware of the room around you,

The sounds and activity of life around you.

And finally coming back to your full conscious awareness and opening your eyes,

Feeling calm,

Centered,

Relaxed and ready to carry on with your day.
