I am Vida W Hill and today I will be taking you on a journey into the galactic heart.
The intention of this energy activation today is to call a more love into your life for yourself and for all of humanity.
We will enter the core of the galactic heart so you may embody greater remembrance of your soul's truth,
All of who you are.
Now throughout the duration of this energy activation you may find yourself drifting away and that is okay.
Trust the process and allow your soul to guide you.
Bring yourself back for your breath if you feel necessary and most of all just enjoy the journey.
Now before we get started I am going to ask you to take a few deep breaths and just to notice how your body and mind are starting to relax.
As we call in our guides,
Our angels and all those beings of light who will be assisting us on this journey into the galactic heart today.
Taking a deep breath in and remembering you are safe and then breathing out.
Just focusing on your breathing,
Noticing the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe in and breathe out,
Slowly starting to relax more and more deeply.
Just letting your shoulders drop,
Relaxing your arms and we are going to start by calling in the divine light beings of the highest vibrational frequencies of divine love and light.
If anything discordant or negative attempts to enter your field or your channel it is requested that it leaves immediately,
Remembering you are safe.
We call upon the divine light beings of the highest vibrational frequencies of divine love and light to come through this channel to support your divine plan and those in resonance of the highest vibrational frequencies of your soul and the source codes you are here to anchor for humanity.

Now just take another deep breath,
Breathing in,
Hold for a moment and then breathing out.
Just taking in another deep breath in,
Hold,
Breathing out.
Just allow your body to soften,
Relaxing,
Feel your muscles relaxing,
Your shoulders dropping,
Your jaw relaxing,
Just breathing into any areas you may be feeling residual tension.
Just releasing,
Letting go now,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Just for a moment focusing on your breath,
Rise and fall of your chest,
Noticing how you're starting to feel like you're drifting away,
Feeling so peaceful and calm and quiet.
Just taking another deep breath in and out.
And then when you're ready,
Bringing your attention to your heart center.
You may want to do this through your breath by breathing into your heart center or if it's helpful for you,
You can place your left hand on your heart and your right hand over the top of your left hand and just breathing into your heart space.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And as you're breathing,
Noticing the love you feel in your heart.
You may see it as a ball of energy and with each and breathe,
Noticing how it's growing and expanding,
Breathing in and expanding this love in your heart.
Feel all the love you have in your heart.
And then send this ball of energy down through a golden red cord all the way down through your body,
Down,
Down,
Through to the center of the earth.
You may see this as a portal opening up on the earth's surface,
Dropping this golden red cord down right through to the core of the heart,
The earth's heart chakra.
Moving through all the layers of the earth,
The crystalline grit right into the center and dropping this golden ball of energy from your heart down through this cord and into the earth.
Breathing as you do so.
And then you may notice that the earth sends its love back to you.
And as you send your love down to the earth,
She sends her love back to you and to your heart space.
Just notice this love in your body flowing back and forth through this red and golden fret,
This cord connecting you and the earth right now.
Feel how loved and safe you are in this space,
How held you feel,
How grounded,
How safe,
How secure.
And just be with us for a moment.
And if you feel any resistance or any distractions,
Just bring yourself back to your breath,
Just hold the intention.
It's okay if you cannot visualize this or you cannot feel it,
See it,
Just holding the intention is enough.
Now we're going to feel this ball of energy in our hearts again,
Breathing into it,
Feeling expanding and notice all the love you hold for your soul,
For the sky.
And we're going to send this love up,
Up into the universe.
And we're going to stop at first at your soul star chakra,
So breathe in this ball of light up into your soul star chakra.
You may see this traveling up a golden white cord,
Just breathing this up.
And as you did with the earth star chakra,
Feel the love coming back down from your soul star chakra.
So breathing in through your heart,
Sending this love up,
Breathing out and feeling the love coming back down.
Again just hold the intention if you're not able to visualize or see it,
Everyone does this differently.
And whichever way it comes to you is perfectly alright.
Breathing it in and now you may notice that you have a flow going on,
You're breathing into your heart,
Feeling the energy expanding.
And as you breathe out you've got the energy going down into the earth and up into your soul chakra and back into your heart.
And just breathe this in for a moment,
Just feel the expansion of this energy as it comes back and forth between you,
The earth and your soul.
And for our next step,
As you're going to breathe in and feel this love expanding,
You're going to feel it coming back from the earth and from your soul.
And as it comes back into your soul you're going to breathe it out,
Like blowing up a big balloon around your heart and sending this back out to all of the universe,
All of humanity.
So breathing in,
Breathing out,
Expand,
Expand,
Expand,
Expand,
Feel it expanding all around you.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Expand,
Expand,
Expand,
One more time,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
And expand,
Expand,
Expand.
Just notice how you're sitting in this,
Can be seen as almost a triangle of energy.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Feeling the flow of this energy between you,
Your heart,
Your soul and the universe.
Just notice how expanded you feel,
How light you feel,
Again if you feel any tension or resistance coming up,
Just breathe it out,
Just hold the intention to breathe it out.
Relaxing your body,
Relaxing your mind,
It's okay if your mind wanders,
Cause energy activation will still work with you,
Just allow the process to be what it needs to be.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
And now we're going to prepare for our journey into the Galactic Heart.
Some may call it the Universal Heart Chakra,
Others call it the Universal Sun,
The Great Central Sun,
For today we're going to call it the Galactic Heart.
And before we journey into the Galactic Heart,
I want you to focus on one thing you want to call in for yourself today.
It can be for yourself,
It can be for all of humanity,
Don't feel shy or ashamed if it's something you want more of for yourself,
Because ultimately what you're calling for yourself,
You will be sharing with humanity also.
And this is the time and space where you can be a little bit selfish and ask for more of what you want,
To embody more of who you are,
To bring your own magic into the world,
Cause this is your source coding you're calling in.
So pick one thing that you would like to see more of for yourself and your life,
Something you feel that will expand your life,
Or bring more peace,
Love and harmony into your life.
Maybe balance,
Maybe grace,
Love,
Any quality you feel drawn to this time,
Don't overthink it,
It's the first thing that comes to mind,
It's fine,
You can always come back and do this again if you need to.
So just hold this energy of this one quality that you've called forth and place it into your heart.
You may want to see it as a seed or a ball of energy and just place it into your heart and just breathe it in.
Cause now you know you're going to travel with this in your heart,
To the great galactic heart of the universe.
Breathing in,
And as you breathe in,
On the out breath I want you to see that golden white cord travels up to your soul star chakra,
See it growing past your soul star chakra extending further up,
Higher and higher up into the centre of the universe.
And just breathe in and relax in your body,
Allow yourself to drift up and up on this energy,
Allow it to take you where it needs to take you.
Go where you need to go with this,
Knowing that you are safe,
You are held,
Supported and divinely guided as we travel up now to the galactic heart of the universe.
You may feel yourself drifting up as if going up in an elevator,
Going up slowly,
You may see the floors counting up,
Going one,
Two,
Three,
As going up higher and feel yourself relaxing into this space.
You feel so free and so light,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Feeling lighter and lighter,
As the light around you gets brighter,
You may see it as getting brighter or more golden.
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Take a deep breath in and relax into this space,
Nine and ten.
And in front of you,
You'll see doors,
You know that as these doors open,
You're going to be standing in front of the entrance to the great galactic heart of the universe.
And just allow these doors to open for you now and just notice what you see around you,
You may see and observe a temple in front of you,
With steps leading up to the entrance of this temple.
This temple is shining white and bright,
It has a golden yellow light energy about it,
It almost feels surreal,
Very magical,
So light and it's so peaceful and calming,
It has a warm and welcoming energy to it.
And on the top of the stairs you can see some beings there waiting for you,
Waiting for you to guide you into the galactic heart.
So in your own time now,
We're going to take the five steps up to the entrance of this temple,
Just breathing in and relaxing,
Think of any resistance or tension you may be feeling and take that quality that you put in your heart that you want to embody more of with you as you step up,
Onto the first step,
One,
Two,
Three,
And you feel like you're floating up these steps,
Four and five.
And as you reach this temple you are greeted by the energy of the great divine mother,
She's stepping forth in the form of Hathor and Isis,
The Mother Goddess,
The Divine Goddess,
The Divine Mother with her healing and nurturing energies are here to hold you and support you in this activation and healing at the great heart of the universe today.
And off to the side you notice another being,
You notice Anubis,
The keeper of different dimensions of the underworld,
The gatekeeper,
He is here to oversee and hold space as our protector and divine masculine counterpart in this healing and activation.
He is the guardian of the doorways between two worlds and he will be holding this space while the Divine Mother works with your energy today.
And just feel great reverence and love and give thanks for their guidance and support in this moment,
As you feel yourself being guided by Hathor and Isis of either side of you,
Walking you into the centre of this temple where you notice a big ball of light.
It's like a great sun,
How you may imagine the sun as a ball of burning gas in the sky,
It's bright and warm,
However not too hot.
It's just comfortable and calling you in,
You can see the energy,
The light is giving off,
The golden yellow vibrant light.
And you are encouraged by Hathor and Isis now to step into this light,
Step into the centre of this burning sun.
Step right in knowing you are safe and you can feel as you step in all your masks,
All your worries,
Any concerns,
Any appearances that you feel you have to keep up just falling away,
As if being pulled off by a magnet,
A visible magnet just pulling it off.
You see all these things just burning away,
Disappearing and allowing you to stand as a full representation of yourself in the centre of this great big ball of burning light and energy.
And you feel the strength,
The power,
You may imagine yourself being spread out of your arms by your side and your legs spread wide as if you were being scanned at an airport,
Disallowing everything and anything that no longer serves you,
That is not your true soul embodiment,
To be cleansed and cleared away,
Removed gently.
Feeling how this light caresses every single part of your body as if it is scrubbing you clean,
No part being left attached,
It is gentle,
It is soft,
It is loving,
Clearing away anything as if you were in a shower and you were washing the dirt away,
Letting it all be cleared and cleansed away until all that remains is your soul core.
You can see yourself shining brightly,
Clean and fresh,
You can see all of who you are.
This is your soul remembrance,
You are remembering all of who you are,
All those parts you may have kept hidden from the world,
Even from yourself.
And you can see just how magnificent you are,
How bright you are,
How loved that you are.
And in this moment you can feel your heart expanding,
Almost like it is exploding into a million pieces,
Into pieces of golden glitter that are now floating through your whole body,
Into each and every cell,
Into each and every part of you.
You can see yourself turning into this vibrant glittering being,
This is who you are,
This is you as the galactic heart of the universe,
Remembering who you are as part of this greater consciousness,
You are source,
You are the creator,
You are the galactic heart of the universe.
And just for a moment allow yourself to be here,
Glittering,
Shining brightly and notice how you are breathing into your heart and expanding that one core quality that you brought in with you.
Just breathing it in,
Allowing this to fill your whole body,
Your whole aura expanding all around you,
Breathing in and expand,
Expand,
Expand this all around you as you embody that quality now.
Feel it integrating and grounding into who you are,
You know who you are,
You know what you've come here to do,
You know your purpose,
Your mission,
You recognise all of you.
And I'm just going to give you a quiet moment to be in this energy,
To feel this energy,
Observe it and if you cannot feel it or see it,
That is okay,
Just hold the intention and know that the activation is doing exactly what it's meant to do for you in the right way and the right time.
And just be and focus on your breathing if you need to,
Just breathe in this moment for a moment.
And then when you're ready I want you just to start coming back into full awareness of your body,
Of the shining being that you are and this great big sun,
This galactic heart,
Just coming back into your body awareness,
Your soul awareness within this light.
Because in a moment we will be coming home again,
Returning to your physical body,
By knowing and trusting that you will bring back all these qualities,
You'll be bringing back your source energy with you into your world,
Into your physical existence.
And when you're ready just taking a step back out of this great big burning ball of light,
With eyes in and half full supporting you on either side,
Helping you gain your balance,
Holding you strong,
As you allow this energy to integrate and grow into your body.
Breathing it in,
Feel it integrating now.
As they gently guide you back to the entrance of the temple,
Giving thanks to Isis,
Hephra and Anubis for holding the space,
The great mother and the great father,
Divine masculine,
The divine feminine,
The Alpha and Omega to bring this balance into your life.
And walking down the steps of the temple,
Back to that elevator door where you first came in,
Taking your steps down now,

Standing in front of the elevator door now,
Seeing them open and stepping in,
Noticing that you're starting to drop back down into the physical world,
Going downwards from 10 to 1,
Becoming more aware of your body with each count,

Feeling yourself,
Becoming aware of your surroundings,
Noticing the sounds around you,
The birds in the distance,
The noise of traffic,
Maybe you're hearing music or people talking,
Just noticing your surroundings,

Becoming aware of a chair you're sitting in,
Of a bed you're lying on,
Feeling the physicality building up around you,

Starting to move your fingers and toes,
You may even want to sway your body,
Getting your blood circulating again,

And 1,
Coming back fully and totally now into your body,
Taking a deep breath in,
And just opening your eyes,
Adjusting to the light around you,
Taking a few deep breaths if you need to,
And sink into your body,
Feel the ground underneath your feet,
Allowing yourself to be grounded,
And welcome back.
Now I'm going to suggest that you take your time,
You may need a few moments just to allow yourself to integrate fully,
And let the energy settle,
And for the rest of the day,
Maybe I dare you if you can take a few moments to go barefoot outside to help you with grounding,
Just 5 or 10 minutes just to bring this energy fully into your body,
Make sure you drink plenty of water,
These energies will be staying with you for the next 3 or 4 days,
I've been told 5 days for some of you to integrate fully,
So be sure to take extra care of yourself during the next 5 days,
To drink water,
Make healthy food choices,
And just be gentle as you move through this process of remembrance,
