This is the time when we can best access and influence our subconscious, and can see immense benefits as the effects of this keep working & integrating as you sleep. The intention is to visualize your highest self and your ideal future, hold that vision in your subconscious mind as if it were already here, and then wake up embodying that energy.

Welcome.

Let's start by getting into a comfortable position,

Laying down in your bed,

Mentally and physically getting yourself ready to go to sleep.

Now,

Right as we're about to drift off into sleep and right as we wake up in the morning are actually the two most powerful times to access your subconscious mind and speak to it without your conscious mind getting involved,

Without worrying about the events of the day or certain tasks or feelings.

They're the ideal times for you to visualize what you want to create for yourself,

Who you want to become.

Your brain can't decipher whether an image seen is actually real in the physical world or if it's made up in your mind.

There's no difference in the brain.

Therefore,

When you practice seeing yourself and your life the way you wish for them to be,

It becomes easier and easier for you to call that in as your reality,

Outside of your mind,

In the physical world.

That is why visualization is one of the most powerful tools to manifest your desires.

By creating a clear image in your mind and pairing it with a high vibration,

It signals to your brain and body that this feels good.

This brings out positive emotion.

And this is what is happening right now.

You are practicing the feeling of having that thing in your physical reality and therefore,

By the law of attraction,

You are attracting it to you.

Now,

I invite you to gently close your eyes and take a few conscious,

Deep breaths with me,

Grounding into your body as it lies here now.

Breathe in deeply through the nose and exhale with a sigh through the mouth.

Inhale through your nose,

Imagining the air as it flows through your body and fills your lungs,

Making your chest expand.

And as you exhale through your mouth,

Feel it contract.

One more deep inhale,

Visualizing the air flow through your body,

Reaching every single cell and spreading an aliveness in your body.

Hold it here and exhale,

Letting it all go.

Letting go of any tension.

Feeling present in this moment as you lie here.

Feeling supported by the environment around you.

Let go of where you are for a moment.

Look inward.

Imagine you're lying under a clear night sky,

Looking up at the countless little sparkles,

Feeling completely calm and peaceful.

Now,

I invite you to feel into the feeling of having attained that thing,

That goal you're working towards.

Feel in your body the feelings of being that person.

The person that has made that dream your reality.

How does your heart feel?

How do your shoulders and neck feel?

Have they relaxed now that you've become that person that has attained that goal?

What is the energy you feel inside your body?

Can you feel your cells tingling?

Do you feel excitement?

Or just pure peace and calm?

Do you feel lighter?

Do you feel incredibly proud of yourself?

Because you really should be so proud of yourself.

Ask in those feelings for a moment as you see yourself as that person,

That higher version of you.

It exists right here and now.

You are that person.

Infinitely grateful for your growth and your journey,

Feeling fulfilled and happy,

Feeling a deep sense of inner peace.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel it gently slow down as you relax into this good feeling.

There is this strong inner knowing and understanding that you are that person.

You know exactly what you need to do and you do it with ease and joy.

Fully embodying that higher version of yourself.

It doesn't feel hard,

It feels light and easy and like it's exactly what you're meant to do.

You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Deeply relaxed.

Holding onto that good feeling gently.

You are that higher version of yourself.

You have already attained everything.

You did it with ease,

Joy and peace.

There is no doubt,

Only a strong sense of knowing and security.

You are capable,

You are worthy and you are supported.

If you want,

You can imagine within that future of yours in a little more detail what you see and hear.

Where you are.

Who's with you.

Being here,

Being this version of yourself feels so good and natural.

You don't need to think about it at all,

It just comes natural to you.

This is who you are.

You are that person who has already attained everything.

Feel it in every cell of your body.

Hold onto that good feeling,

To that knowing,

To that inner peace.

As you slowly become more and more relaxed.

Your muscles are relaxing more and more.

Your mind is relaxing.

And eventually you let go and just ever so gently keep that vision and that feeling in your mind,

Your body as you slowly drift off.

Into sleep.
