Ultimately creating healing and freedom in the physical and emotional body.
You can use this powerful meditation anytime you are experiencing tightness,
Tension or pain in your physical body and wish to receive divine wisdom on how to clear and heal the energy.
Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed,
Either sitting,
Standing or lying down.
Call in your spiritual team and know that you are fully protected during this guided healing experience.
Take a few breaths.
Get still and drop into your body.
Begin to do a scan of your body and notice what aspect of your physical body is speaking to you the loudest.
It may be a pain,
An ache,
Or a throbbing sensation,
Or something else.
You may notice more than one aspect of your body is talking to you in this moment.
If so,
Notice which one is speaking louder.
Bring your attention there.
On a scale of 1 to 10,
What is the sensation scale?
One being not feeling much at all and 10 being a very intense feeling of sensation.
Notice the sensation occurring in this particular area of your body.
Where is it located?
Begin to describe the sensation.
Is it hot or cold?
Does it feel thick or thin?
Stagnant or flowing?
Viscous or water-like?
Heavy or light?
Is it stuck in one place or do you feel the sensation moving or pulsating?
Take a few moments and stay with the sensation.
Is it changing?
Is it shifting or moving?
If this sensation had a color,
What might that be?
What shade of that color?
Is it solid or gradient?
Be with the sensation.
If this sensation,
Being with the texture and the color,
Had an emotion attached to it,
What might that be?
If nothing comes up for you,
What if you did know?
What would that be?
Sadness?
Fear?
Worry?
Anger?
Frustration?
Shame?
Guilt?
Or perhaps something else?
Be with this emotion and breathe into the space.
Is there anything below this emotion?
If you were to peel away the top layer,
What emotion might be underneath?
Be with whatever comes up.
Staying in this space,
Experiencing the sensation,
Texture,
Color and emotion fully.
Now ask,
Body,
If this sensation had a message for me,
What might that be?
First thing that comes to mind.
Body,
Is there anything else you would like me to know?
Sit in quiet contemplation for as long as possible.
And listen.
Returning to the sensation factor of 1-10.
What is the sensation number now?
Check in with your body,
Unplug and get into nature often.
Remember,
You are an infinite being in physical form and your body holds all the divine wisdom and knowledge you will ever need.
Your body will always tell you the truth.
It is your choice whether to listen.
