Just Breathe

Take a moment and just breathe.

Slow down your breath even more.

Become very still as you just breathe.

And as you inhale the rich life force energies of the earth beneath your feet,

Imagine the color as a ruby red healing ray.

It's spiraling up,

Traveling and radiating all the way up from the lower worlds,

From beneath the earth,

From the earth star.

And it's rising all the way up through your entire being from your feet chakras.

Swirling around,

Heating up,

Soothing your soul,

Lighting you up from the inside out.

Feeling grounded and connected with Gaia Pacha Mama.

Feeling her loving support nurturing you,

Feeding your soul,

Energizing your spirit.

And inhale this breath all the way up through your central column of light through the top of your head.

Opening,

Expanding,

Allowing your receptacle of light to feel like a wooden reed,

A hollow pipe of awareness and expanded consciousness,

Allowing all non beneficial energies to drain out through your feet and through the top of your crown chakra.

Taking in,

Inhaling another nice gentle breath,

Connecting with your angels,

Archangels,

Guides and guardians from the physical sun,

From the stars,

From the cosmos.

Allowing this divine liquid light filling you up,

Moving,

Traveling,

Radiating and glowing all the way down your head,

Passing your third eye,

Your Ajna second sight,

The center of intuition and allowing this accelerated living light with its infinite intelligence and heightened consciousness.

It knows exactly where to travel,

Where to go and allow yourself to open and expand all of your chakras,

Your energetic pathways.

Allow it to move all the way down,

Passing your throat,

Your communication center,

Allowing you to finally speak your truth,

To be heard,

Known and loved.

And allow this golden way,

Liquid light to melt away all pain,

Fear,

Implants,

Artificial interferences,

Trauma and stress.

They're all melting and dissolving away as you unzip all armor that separates you from the vastness of infinite consciousness and all that is.

And allow this beautiful bright illumined light to continue on its own.

There's nothing to do,

Only to be here in the eternal now.

Allow this luminous light to open you up as it travels and moves in through,

Around,

Behind and in front of your high heart and your physical heart,

Breathing into both hearts as one.

Ah,

Inhaling this liquid light,

Dissolving all numbness,

All fears of feeling all of your feelings,

Healing your feelings.

And allow this accelerated living,

Pulsating,

Vibrating light to move down and through your power center,

Your solar plexus,

Breathing back,

Reclaiming all of your powers,

Your gifts,

Your superhuman abilities,

Your knowing,

Your wisdom,

Integrating all of those lost and missing fragments of your soul and just exhaling out in a reverse flow all energies that you've absorbed and internalized that do not belong to you in this lifetimes and in all realms,

Realities and existences.

Exhaling and infusing this light as it penetrates and permeates every cell and molecule,

Every atom and particle of your being.

Feeling back all of those parts and pieces of your soul essence,

Your true nature,

Your natural state of being,

Your love of life itself.

And as you remember all of your magnificence,

Breathe that in as you continue letting go,

Releasing and clearing all impurities and toxins as they all drain out and through your being,

Through the soles of your feet or the top of your head and allow them all to just fall and slip away.

Continue breathing,

Expanding even bigger and wider in all directions until you fill up the entire space you're in right now.

Feel so good to just simply let go of all of those non-beneficial energies that no longer serve your highest and greatest good.

Continue just allowing this harmonic healing from the higher dimensions to permeate every fiber of your being all the way down to the very core of you.

And allow this accelerated living pulsating vibrating light to continue cleansing and clearing out all energies of heaviness,

Density,

Distortions,

Misalignments,

Interferences that you've carried for far too long for you and for your entire lineage,

For your maternal and paternal ancestors.

Allowing all of your cells,

Your chromosomes,

Your mitochondria to be cleansed and purified,

To be washed clean of all impurities,

Of all lies,

Stories and fiction.

All of those scripts that are still running in the background of your busy mind and allow your mind,

Your brains to open and expand.

Allow all mental clutter,

Busyness of the brain,

All of those details to shoot up and out through the top of your head and send them all up and out to your loving guides and guardians that love you,

That know you better than you know yourself,

That want your highest healing outcome to occur right now.

No longer waiting to give yourself permission to feel good and to step back fully into all of your magical powers as a divine human,

As an earth angel here to shift the consciousness to expand the awareness of all humanity at this time.

Continue just breathing and being present to the gift of this moment and allow your vessel of awareness that wouldn't read to open up and expand even bigger and wider above your head beneath your feet.

Allow yourself to just float in all directions side to side,

Up and down.

Allow yourself to travel,

To travel back and heal those past lives,

To travel into parallel realms and realities that are existing right now.

Allow yourself to recreate and rebirth new realities from future possibilities and probabilities in your future lifetimes.

Remembering you have all the answers,

Breathing into your inner goddess,

Your inner wizard,

Magician,

Priestess,

Magnificent divine creator,

You are the one that you've been waiting for.

Allow the accelerated luminous light to change and shift into a beautiful platinum,

Silver and lavender ray of light,

Allowing this beautiful laser beam of awareness to integrate into the entirety of your being,

Turning on like a light switch,

A power switch,

All of those dormant untapped abilities in your higher evolved brain.

Breathing,

Being,

Expanding and receiving this gift,

This blessing and this light is purifying your system of all lack,

Scarcity and limitations,

Lighting up your true soul's identity and the path that lies ahead.

You just letting go of all that no longer serves,

Even if it's coming from within you.

And now exhale all judgments,

All of those self doubts,

Worries,

Fears,

Anxieties,

Insecurities,

Illusions and confusions that have prevented you from living in authentic life filled with joy,

Ease,

Peace,

Harmony and glory and allow this living pulsating light to move and travel down to and through your sacral center beneath your navel,

This light is filling up your navel,

Nurturing you,

Filling you up with the highest form of love,

Divine love.

Allow this light to grow,

To brighten,

To fill you up and you're exhaling now at the same time all pain and trauma,

Loss,

Rejection,

Abandonment,

Betrayal,

Any energies that you might have experienced from any relationship that you've ever found yourself a part of in this life or any life and this light is helping you to release all of these patterns and programs that are still vibrating in your cellular consciousness.

And now you're expanding so big,

Allowing yourself to travel and to expand until you fill up the entire city that you live in.

There are no boundaries or borders or barriers of separation.

Allow yourself to be vulnerable and intimate with all forms of life and everything that is that exists.

Allow yourself to expand bigger.

Be safe,

To be in this world as you unzip all of that armor,

That heavy dense armor.

Just reach up with your hand,

Imagine and envision a golden zipper that's been blocking you,

That's been keeping you hidden in fear,

Separation and allow it to unzip from the top of your head,

Above your head,

All the way up to your soul star chakra,

Connecting you with your soul purpose,

Your soul mission,

Your soul print that is uniquely you.

And allow the zipper to just keep unzipping,

Unraveling,

Unwinding all of that armor as you step completely out of it now and allow it to dissolve into the heart and the womb of Gaia,

Our Earth Mother.

And allow all masks in front of your eyes,

All blinders from side to side of your eyes to just fall away and all veils to slip off in a way that have been covering your eyesight,

Physical and spiritual.

You can now see clearly the path ahead,

Just continue breathing,

Expanding and opening up all of your awareness zones,

Your chakras,

Your gifts,

Your energy,

Breathing back all of that energy you left behind and all of those relationships that you had with others and with yourself.

And allow the sacral chakra to just empty out and release any trauma that you might have suffered that you're still recreating in your current relationships.

Allow that all to unravel,

Unwind and move out and away from the entirety of your being,

Allowing you to have healthy,

Loving,

Supportive relationships again with infinite ease so that you can attract your perfect complement,

Your highest soul partner,

Your soul tribes and soul groups.

All of your soul families are just waiting to reunite with you from all the dimensions,

From all 352 levels of existence.

And now continue allowing this living source light to stream in and move through cleansing,

Clearing,

Purifying and balancing and harmonizing your root chakra,

The muladhara.

This is your home.

This is the chakra that allows you to thrive and not to just merely survive here.

Breathe in this ruby red color here as you strengthen and awaken and activate your money flows,

Your safety feeling so connected,

So intimately connected with nature,

With the animals,

The plants and the mineral kingdom,

With the crystals that heal you so deeply.

Allow yourself to ground and anchor this light into the air through your roots to grow fruit,

To thrive,

To manifest and ground all of your special abilities,

Talents,

Gifts here and to share these gifts with others and to shine your light with the assistance of the accelerated living source light of the great central sun and allow yourself to just continue expanding even bigger,

All of your centers are open,

Clear,

Cleansed,

Washed clean of any toxins,

Impurities or interferences and you're just flowing with all of life,

Allowing and receiving all of you and just remember to breathe.
