Our body never lies and always tells us the truth by the way it feels.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ It loves us unconditionally, but often we end up neglecting and ignoring what it's saying. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ This practice will help you connect with your body and notice for the first time what it has been trying to tell you.⁣⁣

For this meditation I invite you to sit down comfortably.

You can sit down on a chair or on the floor.

Just relax.

And if you feel safe close your eyes.

This meditation will be about connecting to your physical body.

Our physical body is a foundation of our entire system.

It carries us everywhere no matter which direction we choose to take in life.

It loves us unconditionally but way too often we end up neglecting and ignoring its saying,

Its intelligence while we are pursuing our goals and chasing directions which sometimes are even not meant for us.

We push,

We force,

We punish and we forget that our physical body never lies.

It wants the best for you and it always shows what is true to you through the way it feels.

If you could only hear its saying and learn to walk with it,

It would show you the path of least resistance.

It would teach you when to push through taking action and when to take a step back and relax into the process of life unfolding.

But we often refuse to pay attention.

Whatever we are going through in life,

Stress at work or maybe dysfunctional relationship,

Our body ends up suffering.

We abuse it with lack of sleep,

Bad eating habits,

Overeating,

Not drinking enough of water,

Not giving our body enough of rest,

Not allowing time for exercising.

But no matter what,

Our body keeps on loving us,

Loving unconditionally.

It's always there for you.

So it's time to reconnect with your body and build a special relationship with it.

It's time to start noticing what it has been trying to tell you through sensations,

Discomfort,

Heaviness or even pain.

So right now take three deep and long breaths.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And the last one.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Just relax and let your body to settle.

There is nowhere to go,

Nothing to do.

You don't need to think about whatever you need to do later on today.

Just be here.

Be with your body.

And now move your awareness to your body and start noticing sensations arising.

It might be heaviness,

Discomfort,

Tightness or maybe even pain.

Or in opposite it can be ease,

Peace and tickling sensations.

And as well different emotions can arise.

It might be sadness,

Anger or frustration,

Anxiety or in opposite joy and happy feelings.

Don't try to control or change anything that comes up.

Your thoughts,

Emotions,

Sensations,

Fears,

Just observe them.

Just be with them.

Our body has its own great intelligence and it has its cellular memory.

Our body has its own timing of processing and releasing whatever we have been going through and holding onto our old stuff,

Our old perceptions,

Our fears and repressed emotions.

And your body sometimes needs more time than your mind will tell you.

So right now ask your body internally what does it need in order to let go,

To release old stuff.

And listen,

Really listen.

Tell your body that it's safe and that from now on you will take care of it.

Tell it that you will start listening to its messages and give it what it needs and when it needs.

And say thank you to your body.

Feel gratitude for all those years it has been carrying you and loving you unconditionally.

Feel appreciation for every part of your body,

For every cell.

And now ask your body to support you in creating whatever you want to create in life.

And remember your body is a temple of your soul,

Of your higher self.

Start it unconditionally and you will notice how it will respond back to you.
